I wonder if Dialo have some creatures we can use for this mod
Here the Fatman , Butcher ,Fallen , Dark Mage, but i dont know where to put him

As for the Diablo frames,I don't know,but one thing is sure,Butcher doesn't look like lvl7 creature 
I'll try to post some more creature for other fractions as soon as possible

U right , but what about Footman and Templar ? Pls dont blue any more , if u dont like that color i made then i can change other but not blue pls

My recomantion
Well i've been taking intersts in your little project and i thought that maybe by creating an alternative factions of each,would be much better.
Say,castle->Currpted castle
for a tribes of the east lookalike..
the inquistor is nice
but i think you should be more original on the others,i will think about it soon,and make attempts .

Well now,alternative is interesting,but not good.Why? Imagine alternative Fortress? Or Necropolis? Humans should be humans,shiny armor and all that...I miss good all non-corrupted,actually good humans 
As for the originality,I don't care,if idea is good,I'll use it,cuz if wanna be "original",I should invent something new and not modd heroes ^_^
Help is always wanted,just don't get offended if some ideas are rejected

And there is no thing bad with War-currpted humanes,besids the fact there more like,real time humanes

It could theoretically be done... Fortress: 1) gnolls and creatures they tamed, 2) lizardmen and reptiles. Necropolis: 1) 'newer' necros, like zombies and stuff; 2) ancient necros, like tomb kings, mummies, and similar. And something nice for Kipshasz: rampart: 1) regular elves, 2) night elves... Some units could be common for both versions. You would choose which castle version you'd choose at the beginning of the game.
So like you said, it's extremely interesting, but perhaps too hard to make.

Actually,now that I think of it,it could be done,but it would be like making 18 castles instead of 9... Maybe when we finish this one,in future versions I would like to see at least beta of this,then we can talk about new ideas...
And another thing: that idea from H5 : Tribes Of The East,the alternative upgrades, is awesome,and it should/could be implemented,but I want to finish regular BoF first,cuz if keep adding ideas we'll never finish

ok,Asheron heard my ideas,now im posting them here.
Seraph
it'll be like non upgraded version but has a bigger sword,bigger wings and wears gilded clothes.
basilisk veteran: same as non upgrade,but has armor.
dungeon lvl2 creature: some sorth of giant bat.
engineers specia ability: can repair mechanical units and warmachines.
chaos chosen:color: cherry red composed with gold. helm has horns. wields a 2 handed flaming sword.
well this would be it. more ides and some frames coming soon.

My frinde im not insulted,but i think that everyone who wants ideas,should atleast read all the topic about monsters.
Kip you remmber me? you remmber the town consts topic? we won good qp's there,do you remmber where it is? I cant find it..
i just think i can contribute more since i have so much more expearnce.
I think doing something like currpted humanes,a differn kind of demons,undead (under diffent leadership) over taking the old one,plus adding some elemtns of less sophisticated barberians from the north,and despert messures take desparte means,make the elven alliance with the dwarfs take changes.
The mage town also,snow like that,change stuff,and not nesserly recolor,but adding elements to them,if digging up mine and kips' old work before He started using WoW models into play we can make hell of a projct!
i almost forgot the old work of baklava,yes i mean the blood knight and the levitour,aswell as venomdragon stuff,wog edns' and the othre guy who's name i misplaced.
