What do you think abou that, rocs and rocs riders will be on 6 or 5 lvl, and thunder and storm bird will be on 7

Werewolf town has already been done, multiple times, in a contest.
Nice work on this town! I had been thinking about a bird-type town, but seems you already beat me to it  Would the town view circle in the clouds around the top of a huge tower / group of towers? That would seem cool.
I like seeing the roc / thunderbird as a tier 7 here, it really fits it.
Nice job!

Damn! That roc looks great! I dont mind alot of flyers in a town, since a few other towns have alot of walkers.
Roc-Roc riders on lvl 6 would fit...Im not 100% sure what culd fit though

what's the big difference between avians and harpies?
A flying faction is a good idea and as long as you call the avians harpies i would probably vote for it.
