Haven:
Loynis(loved his prayer), Valeska(Okay, a female Dougal), Rion(just liked the way he looked)
Academy: Solmyr(Muhahaha, Astral(good looking wizard)
Sylvan: Mephala(she was so pretty, and with armor boost she will do good for sylvan), Gem(A hero from the past)
Horde(when it comes out ofcourse): Jabarkas(how he boosted the orc army!!), Shiva(can't remember the religion, but that is the name of the god of destrucktion, awesome)
Inferno: Xarfax(Burn in hell  )
Necropolice: Sandro(I think we all know why), Isra(great boost), Tamika(now that you make dread knigts lvl 6 we need him back)
Dungeon: Darkstorn(The most evil looking Minotaur in all time), Deemer(I loved Minotaur Heroes)
Fortress: Maybe just take some Dwarfs from Rampart and make them more Frost looking?

I dont recall many old heroes but i have few wishes about abilities.
Necro:
Orson
changed to gives +2/+2 speed/init to zombies and +1/+1 att def/for every 4 lvls
Zolatan
Change arcane intuition for inteligence
Create hero with ice bolt and destructive magic skill with some kind of bonus to ice spells as special)
Sylvan
Hero starting with war machines
Anven
Change defense and protection for advanced logistics
Gilraen
Change protection for vitality
Warlock
Sorgal
Change battle frenzy for tactics and starting destructive spell instead of haste.
Yrbath
Change dark magic to Logistics
Inferno
Alastor
Change sorcery+ mana regeneration for Dark magic+mass confusion perk

Unfortunately Minotaur heroes are an illusion. Minotaurs are slaves these days in Dungeon. Besides, I always thought Minotaurs seemed more fitting as strategic overlords rather than warlocks...
Wasn't Darkstorn a misspelling, wasn't it supposed to be Darkstorm ?
Alamar or Jeddite.... I greatly miss Dungeon's potency for Resurection, completely unobtainable these days... What about making Alamar's or Jeddite's speciality the Resurection spell, capable of being casted without mastery of Light Magic?

Well, this thread is rather dead, but it doesn't mean that Xeron is dead too I think they never actualy said that he died.
