True, I have to agree that you are getting better. My only complaint is that the Lizard King has huge wings, but does not fly...

I say replace him with a Pterodactyl or something. I've always wondered why Heroes is devoid of dinosaurs, which may as well be mythical creatures for all I've ever seen of them.

Yeah, three years ago! 
But there are some nice ideas in there.  The Heroes III Wyverns looked sort of like a pterodactyl with an elongated neck, maybe inspiration could be drawn from there?

Intresting idea
But i think it would be better if you changed the Tier 7 unit.
It would be better if it was some kind of huge swamp dragon or eel.

Yes, gorgon are GREAT, even in H4 (Equillibris) they will be, U can give they instead of war turtle.
PS. Lizard ruler should ride on something, for egzample on turtle

like I said I a not good at drawing. Onestly I don't know from what game they ae from, but they are the ones i would want in the game, so.... I mean they were exactly what I was looking for the faction.
indeed the gorgon is a must I will see what I can do. By the way on wikipedia I saw that gorgon means the same as medusa, the head with snakes and all those ther things. The turtle I heard that it's a good idea, Cepheus said it, I think, so I am not going to change it. It;s good to have another unit that resembles to the treant, in Hp and sadly, in damage.

I think it's better this way. The idea of it riding something doesn't seem like it, plus look at the upgrade on page 2, how can that not impresse you? By the way, Thre are enough dragons in HOMM 5 so a swamp dragon isn't a good idea

well daystar the damage is 12-20 so it is not a good idea. But it is tough as a treant so the damage is fair, the treant has 10-20 if I recall corectly. But as you seen in it's abilities it can do double damage.
