One choice to make.
This is for many who wish & hope in life.
For Guitar dude & others.
We all are here right now.
We all have a choice to make which we can not make in the future.
We have a choice to treat a person in a certain way not knowing what the future holds.
It is wrong to go back wishing you could of said more to that person.
It only makes you more depressed.
How are you supposed to know.
You should of told the person how much you loved them or cared.
Sometimes it is hard to talk to certain people or some friends you just dont talk to much.
Everytime you lose someone you care about in life, it seems you always wish you could of done more.
In reality you make a decision when they were around.
You make it really hard on yourself because you made a decision & you could not help them or say what you wanted to say.
Worst is when you could of helped a person but you made that decision at that time not to.
They die & you regret that you did not make a decision to help them at that time.
You dwell for your whole life, have nightmares & even feel evil.
You got to find a way to set yourself free.
We are only human you know. We all make mistakes & we are not perfect.
We make mistakes & we dont always have the correct solutions to certain situations.
Dont make it hard on yourself, just know they are in a better place & make them happier by remembering them but letting yourself walk on air.
Set yourself free from this misery somehow.
Otherwise it will lead you to worst things like Alcohol & drugs & consume your life little by little.
Some situations can be worst.
Like losing a family member over a decision you made.
Just remember, you can not wish you should of or could of done different because we can not fortell the future.
Also because if they were still alive, you would never thought that way.
I know it's hard believe me I know.
Just got to be good to yourself as well.
Remember that Guitar dude & others with similarities.

Thanks for the thread Acu...although I did come to terms with Kev's death months ago.  Before long, Captain Deep Rest had to change course to face other, more troubling realms.

Yea sometimes it takes people longer.
Some even become traumatised losing people, usually more then one.
You got to know it was not your fault or was it your call for any decisions (orless your the killer  )
You cant go back in time.
You can not wish for something that will never come true.
The past will never come true to you when you wish.

It turns out that the problems I started facing took my mind off my friend's death rather quickly. Too bad some of these problems are pretty much in the same vein; not being able to change the past or erase various bleep-ups in your early history. I won't expand on these problems, but they've hit me pretty hard. Truly hard.

Yea i know it.
You just need to know it consumes you in time little by little.
If you can not find away to help yourself.
It will consume you too.

These demons are a huge exception. No amount of strength I get out of this whole experience will be worth all the stress this has caused me. My only ticket out of this mess will cost me dearly, both financially and mentally. I can imagine other trials making me stronger in the long run, but in this case, it all but ruined me. If I'm guilty of self-hate, then it revolves around this.
