Boot Camp: Heroes III on an Intel-based Mac

I am just reporting here the way I figured out playing Heroes III on a Macintosh with Intel-based processor. Hopefully this will help others as well. If you have a different solution to the problem (e.g. some sort of emulator for previous architecture chipsets) please share!

Boot Camp
Right now the solution is in beta version (1.4) and requires Mac OS X Tiger v10.4.6 or later in order to run. Quoting from Apple's website:
Quote:
In the next major release of Mac OS X Leopard, Apple will include a new technology called Boot Camp that lets you install and run Windows on your Mac. If you have an Intel-based Mac computer and would like to try Boot Camp, you can download the public beta today.
In a nutshell, Boot Camp helps you repartition your hard drive and install Windows on your Mac by only clicking "Next". Moreover, there is software for all the drivers that you might need in order to install everything under Windows.

Issues
The installation of Windows (note: Service Pack 2 should be included) and Heroes III went flawlessly. I managed to install Windows effortlessly without having to re-install OS X again. There are two/three issues however in the current release that hopefully will get better in the next one.
(1) Heroes might crash for no particular reason. Therefore, if you have a really long turn or want to think too much for your decisions during a turn it is highly recommended to save your work. On the other hand though, crashes seem not to be so frequent (about 1-3) during a game.
(2) Right-clicking with Mighty Mouse (I have the wired version) most of the time works like a charm. However, some times right-clicking is interpreted as left-clicking, and in the end in the battlefield this might cost you! Perhaps the solution is another windows-style-3-button mouse!
(3) Irrelevant to Heroes but somehow annoying; time changes whenever you switch between Windows and OS X.

Overall
I give a 9 / 10. I am very happy that such an easy solution exists and someone can play Heroes on an Intel-Mac!
