At first I was a bit undecided because you said about a war with Canada (I live here at the moment)  , but "Sweet Home Alabama" for national anthem did it for me

The official language will of course be Klingon and homework will not be replaced since there won't be any.

How are they any different from the millions of non-jews who went through gulag?
You make it sound like there was some antisemitic discrimination going on (after hearing a statement like that, and especially after hearing a scary word like "gulag", someone might start making parallels with Nazi Germany and their concentration camps).
Do not try to bring this crap in when like 1/3 - 1/4 of the country's population went through Gulags (translated from Russian somewhat like "General Ministry of Labour Camps") during the oppressive regime where you could get 10 years in some Uranium mine in extreme cold conditions for looking the wrong way at Stalin's portrait at the political meeting.
