This is a great idea.
I have a few suggestions of my own:

For Academy:

Council of the Circle
Description: The council of the Circle of the Nine.
Cost: 2000 gold 5 ore, 5 wood, 2 crystal, 2 gem, 2 sulfer and 2 mercury.
Requirements: 9 Arch Mages to operate.
Effect: The presence of the building will add 3 randomal spells in the Magic Guide of the town, and will increase the morale for defending units by 2.

Laboratory
Desctiption: The Wizards are known for their experiments and hybridizations between creatures. Having a laboratory will help you to create those kind of creatures.
Cost: 4300 gold, 10 ore, 2 wood, 5 crystal and 5 sulfer.
Requirements: 2 Mages, 50 Gremlins and 5 Golems to operate.
You'll be able to turn units (or units combinations) to other creatures:
-Any humane unit + Demon unit => Orc unit in the tier of the humane unit (Cavaliers will turn to Slayers intead of Wyverns).
-Goblins => Gremlins
-Any elemental unit => Gorgoyles

Caster's Tower
This buildings permits the central guarding tower to cast randomal spells (levels 1-3) during siege.
Cost: 3500 gold 10 wood, 10 ore, 2 gem and 2 mercury. Requires: 5 Battle Mages to operate.

Rakshasas' Mine
Description: Creates a special building, that looks like a mine or a cave, near the town (not inside it), guarded by Rakshasa (their amount is a half of the town level).
Cost: 4000 gold, 7 wood, 7 ore and 3 gem.
Requirements: 10 Rakshasa rani (or one of the upgrades) to operate.
Effect: Gives the kingdom extra 1000 gold per a day, and gives the town some protecting Rakshasa Ranis on siege.

Observatory
Description: A wide and short tower, with a telescope comes out of a window in its edge.
Cost: 1000 gold, 10 wood and 3 Mercury.
Requirements: 20 Gremlins to operate.
Effect: Will reveal a wide are around the town, and will increase the knowledge of all visiting heroes by 2.

For Inferno:

Gate of Fallen
Description: This gate takes the dead sinners to hell. The sinners are turned to demons, and have to surve the hell forever.
Cost: 2600 gold, 5 ore and 5 crystal.
Requirements: 8 Pit Fiends (or one of the upgrades) to operate.
Effect: every day a small amount of randomal demonic creatures, on tiers 1-4 will appear in the town.

Statue of Satan:
Description: A huge basult statue in front of the fort of the town.
Cost: 1000 gold and 10 ore.
Requirements: A single Devil to operate.
Effect: The statue is an obstacle during a siege (outside of the town walls) that might interrupt the enemy's movement. Its presence also increase demonic creature's morale by 1, and descrease non-demonic creatures' morale by 1, during siege.

Thanks Paraform, but I didn't understand your question. Are you trying to ask why is the building so expensive?
And I added some creature structures for Inferno.

Ya know, I knew GenieLord would show up to take Academy. I therefore relinquish my post of the academy. *bang*. There its gone. But i hold firm with my Dwarves. I little adjustment to the cost though.

Maybe. I would keep the name meanwhile, just because I picture the statue as a huge Devil statue, and Urgash is a dragon.
I also added another structure for Academy, an Observatory.

Truth be told, I don't like the Academy very well. So its not in my "idiom" to make one. I did it just to do it. Randomly. Oh well, I like my fortress anyway. Hmmm... What's left? Stronghold and Dungeon, right? Don't like either of them.

Mortuary
Requires:30 Skeleton Warriors, 2000 gold & 5 ore/mercury
The special housing of malevolence, the Mortuary inflicts the besieging army with an array of 1-2 level dark spells.

Wicked Rift
Requires:5 Vampires{no upgrades} and 15 Spectres, 4500 Gold, 20 ore, 2 sulfur and Mercury
Swathing with shifting soul energies, this great chasm spills out Dark Energy, increasing both the power of all Necromancers by 10% and the reserve of Dark Energy by 50.

Soulspire
Requires: 25 Ghosts(no upgrades0, 5 Liches, and 2 Wights; 7000 gold, 10 wood/ore, 3 of each resource.
The Soulspire channels the night like a great wand, allowing the Spell Sorrow to be written into the Liches Spellbook. Furthermore, all opposing enemies are afflicted by the slow spell at Advanced.

Decrepit Sanctuary
Requires: 2 Bone Dragons, 10 Liches, 15 Vampires, and 25 Ghosts; 15000 gold, 20 of every resource.
The wafting auras of the departed run heavy through here, granting a 20% bonus in stacks of Ghosts (and upgrades) and Wights during battles only. Furthermore, the cost of raising dead with dark energy is reduced by 20%. Also, Raise dead does not reduce the hitpoints of the raised stack. Instead, it decreases its defense by 4 for each use.

Now you've seen it. I only wish I could add more Liches

Cleft = a rift

And no. I won't name it Black Rift. I'll look into the good ole' thesaurus.com to find a better name. Come to think of it, Ebony is a bad name for it. Cleft just came to my head. I like it though.

Hmmm... the thesaurus is pointing me in the direction of Wicked Rift. I like it. *Bang*. So shall it be.

requires: 20 ore and 5-50 wolves(X)
generates: Y wolves per week based on X/5=Y
Nursery
requires:20 sprites and dryads and 5 treants any kind+10 wood
effect: generates 2 woodland saplings per week cost:1000 gold
saplings become treants after 10 days
dark circle:adventure map:
requires: 20 stone 10 crystal and 5000 gold.+hero with enpowered spells
effect:Hero may take a spell from the destructive school of magic and for X gold make enpowered for T casts.
spell level*5*2000=X T=Spellpower/10+spell level/5

If you haven't discovered this by now, I'm a harsh critic. So i will give you my raw opinion.

@Daystar: If it makes you feel any better, i do play steel drums, which in fact has notes. But, not to brag, I am the only person on my drumline that can read notes.

Clearly you are not from my school.

Also, what about combo dwellings?  There's only one building, but it can make various combinations between all races.

To start with:

Communal Altar:
Requires 2 of the following: 9 Druids, 7 Priests, 3 Shadow Witches, 9 Shamans, 7 Liches, or 7 Rune Priests.  Increases spellpower of the hero that brings them to the altars.  If the hero has Diplomacy that is also increased.

Ooh!!! I like it. But, there's only so many combinations. Ummm, let's see here... Necropolis and... Academy? Erm, no....Haven? Why? Yeah, Academy.

Arcanum Morgue

Requires: 15 Liches, 15 Vampires, 15 Mages, 15 Djinns

The clashing force of the death and magic rift open the very magical cosmos, allowing chaos to seep through the land. Once per hero, the Arcanum Morgue gives the visiting hero the Amulet of Apathy, decreasing the power of Summoning and Destructive Magic as the enemy wields them. As long as the Amulet is equipped to the hero, the hero cannot flee or gain new abilities in Summoning or Destructive. However, the Raise dead spell is unaffected. Dark magic, in turn, is amplified by the dead magic, raising its power.

wolves i just tried to make it realistic
two free treants a week? No way
and I'm talking about a non dungeon hero can learn empowered spells.

Requires 30 assasins, 40 imps: Imps can be upgraded here (and only here) to Foliots, which are just green imps that have the poison abilitiy.

it costs 10000 to cast a level 5 spell with 20 spellpower 4times
2500 a cast which is about the price of two treants or a unupgraded tier 7
maybe it should give only 2 casts for level 5 period
up to 3 casts for level 4
up to 4 casts for level3
up to 5 casts for level 2
up to 5 casts for level 1

Hidden grove
Requirements: creatures of any type
effect:in five weeks with triple the average creatures tsack growth on heroic you can come back and fight the creatures you deposited here earlier.
reward depends on creatures garrisonned.
(does it have to be useful in a quick map?)

Cavern:
requirements: 5 minotaurs
effect: generates 15 cave slime and 3 troglodytes per week.
cave slime costs 15 gold  :tier 1/2 (.5)
troglodyte costs 400 gold :tier 4
