I have some more for the question 8, just to complete the list:
- goblin witch doctors
- the Magical Immunity spell cast at expert level.
- Seal of Darkness, Corrupt Dark - increase mana cost, so maybe efficiency can be considered that way.
- also contain dark delays the next casting - maybe.
6.
Irrestible Magic, Runeforce, rage of the elements, elemental vision, altars.
Add to that:
- Any melee and spell damage boosting method as the elemental damage is a percentage of the damage inflicted a way to increase it is to increase the initial damage done. A list of these:
*Leveling up and Enlightment - increase in attack and spellpower
*visiting - attack and spellpower boosting locations
*artifacts that increase these 2 skills
*artifacts that increase spell damage (i.e. evercold icicle, emerald slippers etc)
*warlock's luck
*empowered spells
*maybe exorcism too.
*any skill that increases attack damage in any way: Attack, Retribution+Leadership, Archery etc

I think 9) depends on definition
- what is considered as a high spell
- what does "guarantee" exactly mean
- what does "available" mean concerning this question
So I make another guess:
9)
* getting the Tome of Light Magic
* getting a scroll with a high level light spell (Idon't thinks wands can contain any)
* having learnt all other high level spells from all other schools (including adventure spells) and conquering a dragon utopia, sunken temple or pyramid (mage vault sometimes gives only level 4 spells, so no guarantee here) - light magic is not needed at this time
* learning light magic at least at advanced level and conquer an Academy Haven, Sylvan or Fortress town and build mage guild level 4
* a map where all inferno heroes except Grok are disabled (teleport)
* learn teleport assault
* wear book of power and learn Magic Insight (edit: and visit a corresponding town)

Incomplete.
Phinex last answer includes the missing PRIMARY detail. Undead, yes.
Myst gets a point for his post includes 90% of what is needed for the answer but it is still Incomplete.

Add to my previous post different weeks that affect spell damage: Week of Earth, fire, air, water
and melee damage: Week of Might and Magic etc
Also add, effects that decrease the target Armor like Vulnerability and Master of Fire.
Elemental Gargoyles too.

You got them all I think To be honest I did not think of the elemental gargoyles, as for the elemental boosting arties they affect the chains only in casting a spell.
