5. Under what circumstances Harm Touch does not kill a single unit outright?
As i recall, Harm Touch adds the exact amount of damage to the strike needed to kill precisely one unit of the stack. If Arcane Armour is cast upon that creature, 25% (or 50% on expert summoning, i believe), of the damage is mitigated by the arcane armour. if the creature has 200 hlth (theory here), and the creature with harm touch would deal 40 dmg, he'd gain another 200, but with 50% mitigation, he'd only suffer 120 dmg, thus staying alive

3. How can you target invisible units?
Well, if you're going to be crude about it, I'd suggest using armageddon. It is the ultimate, sure-fire way of targeting absolutely bloody EVERYTHING 
6. A malicious pit fiend is about to slaughter a defenseless group of sprites. How could you help it deal more damage?
Well, quite a few options have already been named, but I believe the list didn't include artifacts/skills that weaken the opponent (though vulnerability was mentioned). So, using such skills/artifacts also work.
On a completely unrelated note: Radar, your signature, it both freaked me out, made me laugh uproariously, and cheered me up. Keep it up!

3) Area of effect spells and area of effect abilities (Thunder Thane, Firelord, Dragons etc.), also if a non-flying unit walks somewhere and the invisible unit is in the way, that unit is attacked automatically.

Vorpal sword adds the exact amount of damage to the kill one unit,not harm touch,arcane armour is uesless against harm touch.
Cast harm touch to the unit with arcane armour then arcane armour will
be dispelled and kill one unit.

Theres no way mark of the damned adds anything to the overkill, since the sprites arent supposed to survive it to retaliate.
3) If that refers to how to make them visible again, u can walk right up to them, or summon something right next to them ex : arcane crystal. If it is about to damage them, aoe spells and abilities or walking right up to them again.
