Another guess for Q5:
A phoenix is not killed outright, because it raises again (supposed it has not used its rebirth ability in that combat).

meteor shower,armageddon,circle of winter,stone spikes,arcane crystal.i think summon hive and chain lightning also would.

The latter two along with mass dark spells do not affect invisible units. Incomplete.

I know mass dark spells dont,thats why i didnt list em  .but ill try again...
3.armageddon,circle of winter,meteor shower,fireball,arcane crystal,firewall AND rangers can currently target them as favorite enemy,altho thats a bug i think.

Maybe it doesnīt outright kill a tier 8 unit. I donīt recall enemy Wraiths ever using Harm Touch at my Phoenix. But Vorpal blade definitely does kill a Phoenix instantly, so i really donīt know there.

There is more to 3 and harm touch does kill a phoenix instantly.

3:you can target your own invisible units with light spells and invisible units can be targeted by formerlly allied stacks?

Does that mean Harm Touch always works on incorporeal units? Could come in very useful against Phantom forces if it does...

Yeah I've used it on occasion though that was back in HoF  I trust this have remained the same. Banshee wail should also be handy against clones.

3. Banshee wail missing?
They probaly become visible when going into a moat too.
Will brisk raiders damage them when passing by?

Arcane armor is half the question answered 
3 is still incomplete, have not tried brisk raiders but I'd think they don't.
