I'm totally a supporter of this project.
Btw. I once did a simple colourinversion of Spectre and Banshee - not in-game mod, but simply from screenshots, but they look pretty good, so should deffinitely be possible to do on actual skins.

I'm afraid that poltergeist and spectre would look same but if give old look to spectres (grren ones)... this could solve the problem...

yeah they look good alci! 
the idea of making altrenatives undead more black (as spectral dragon) is very good too.
i hope a good modder could do this for us

sure thats not an big deal but I got my hands full...  but there is plenty of texture modders out there....

It's very good idea for a mod. Pink undead are very ugly. I think it wil be better on red or green. This is my sugestion for changes: red eyes for Skeleton Warrior, Rot Zombie and all dragons, new model for Poltergeist (he's too similiar to Spectre), Vampire Lord from PhoenX Mods, more red clothes for Lich Master, skin from Dark Knight mod for Wraight and red Banshee.

Vampire Prince, and Rot Zombie look ok for me... i would say they are the best second-upgrade looking units in Necropolis... Only pink colour must gone...

Would be neat if the vampire prince have switched colors. So that the purple turns black and the white to red.
The spectral dragon could have those green eyes but the ghost dragon get red eyes isntead.
Spectres should look like as in the above picks while the poltergeists redder. Liches? Let them stay as they are but instead of white give Archlich black/green instead of the now white.
The Banshee could turn orangish while yes... the wraith stays the same cyan. Also imagine rot zombies with red ooze and red eyes?
We'll get red and green upg lines then

Ugh ... red and green does not mix well. Personally, I would like to keep the undead in shapes of black and olive (like original lineup) and then possibly with a flaver of more bluish green for alternative (like Rot Zombie and above Poltergeist / Banshee). Would make for a much more uniform look.

IMHO:
Skeleton warrior -> change to colour of rot zombies/vampire prince.
Spectre -> change to green ones from beta.
Poltergeist -> change to colour of rot zombies/vampire prince.
Lich Master -> Deep/Darker Red or change to colour of rot zombies/vampire prince.
Banshee -> change to colour of rot zombies/vampire prince.
Ghost Dragon -> change colour of eyes to deep red.
But, please, no more talking -> More working

Unless I am mistaken, no one has done anything except ask for it to be done, and then agree that it was a good idea. No one has said they can or will do it. I, personally, don't mind the pink so much, just as long as they're all the same. I went through and changed the 3rd Zombie so he'll match, so I am good with what I have.

i finished the poltergheists. made the blueish sort of colour. now it's just that i'm lazy to put it in the folder-order.
