I shall be picking then!
But what you said sofar sounds really good ! And I love the idea of carving the rune into my arm (waaaay to stylish:grin).
I have only two wishes for runes:
1 increasing my strength and 1that could protect me from spells?
Basically if someone shot a spell at me I could deflect/absorb it (of course within reason... I'm not talking about redirecting a thunderstorm or anything).
And I'm still looking for one nice spell .

So far the only one I have found is Resistance, which just adds to your saving throw from spells that give saving throws. Though there is Shield (forget 1st or 2nd level) that helps protect from projectiles and can absorb magic missiles. All the good spell deflection spells are too high level.
Edit : about magic missile. That spell never misses (though shield can absorb it making it do no damage). If so much as a pinky can be seen, it always hits it's target. Nasty spell  Armor (even magical) doesn't reduce it's damage either.

It's not really up to him though this time(except the deciding thingy) as Elvin and Mitsu are in charge of our doomsday devices which shall bring the heavens crushing down on our foes (or something like that...).
Just to give some impressions of Warhammer warmachines to fuel your imagination:
The Darkelve Reaperbolt Thrower!
Reaper Bolt Throwers are a testimony to the genius of the Dark Elves. A mechanism of counterweights and strings allows this war machine to shoot a hail of barbed bolts, or a single missile with much greater force.
The Dwarfs Bolt Thrower
Bolt Throwers are simply larger versions of the crossbow, able to fire heavier bolts over greater distances. Engineers still vie with each other to invent Bolt Throwers with greater range, loading speed or accuracy. Practical to a fault, the Dwarfs place more trust in an old, proven Bolt Thrower that has fired reliably for generations. The Bolt Thrower remains an important part of the Dwarf arsenal because it can be built and maintained cheaply and is accurate enough to bring down monsters such as Wyverns or Trolls with a well-judged shot. Its direct trajectory of fire and uncomplicated mechanism also enable it to be used effectively underground, and without obscuring everything around it in choking smoke.
Dwarf Organ Gun
The Dwarf Engineers Guild has developed a four-barrelled cannon called an Organ Gun or Organ Cannon. Its name derives from the pipes of a musical organ, which the array of barrels resembles. The Organ Cannon's barrels are smaller and lighter than that of an ordinary cannon, which means it lacks the range and hitting power, but the gun does have the advantage of being able to fire several shots at once.
Dwarfen Grudge Thrower
Grudge Throwers were originally simple stone throwers, used to command the approaches to Dwarf holds. It was during the War of Vengeance that the practice of inscribing grudges on the rocks to be used as ammunition developed, so great was the fury of the Dwarfs at the betrayal of the Elves.
Even after the war there was no peace for the Dwarfs as hold after hold fell to the Greenskins or rat-men. New chapters were added to the Book of Grudges every year as the Dwarfs fell back to the surviving holds. They brought with them stone fragments of their lost realms and, reviving the older custom, inscribed them with runes (perhaps this is and idea for Mitsu and Onyx?) describing the injustices done to them and laying curses upon their enemies. During the long siege of Karak Azgul the Dwarfs used these stones as ammunition, literally hurling their grudges back at their enemies. Since then it has become commonplace to carefully select and prepare the stones that are to be fired, with many skilled Engineers espousing their belief that the engine is only as good as the rock it throws.
Dwarf Flame Cannon
A volatile concoction of hot oil and molten tar is mixed in the barrel of the Flame Cannon. Air is pumped into the barrel until the pressure inside is very great and the barrel is almost ready to burst. At precisely the right moment the Dwarfs place a burning oily wad into the nozzle and release the pressure inside. The mixture catches fire as it spurts from the barrel and burning oil arcs into the air towards the enemy ranks. With a bit of luck, the flaming oil lands right in the middle of an enemy unit, spraying fire and boiling tar over the target.
Clan Skryre Warp-Lightning Cannon
The most recent addition to Clan Skryre's arsenal is the powerful warp-lightning cannon. This bizarre gun is powered by a huge chunk of raw warpstone. Its magical energy is channelled through a series of lenses that amplify and concentrate it. When the weapon is fired, a bright green bolt of lightning surges from the weapon's muzzle, powerful enough to shatter mountains.
Hellblaster Volleygun
   
The Helblaster Volley Gun is one of the most infamous black-powder weapons ever invented, its devastating firepower able to tear apart an entire regiment in one thunderous volley. The lethal creation of the deranged Engineer von Meinkopt, its terrifying reputation has spread to all corners of the Old World. Its nine separate barrels are divided into three "decks" and are turned by means of a central crank, which means that it can unleash devastating hails of shot that engulf its unfortunate target in a firestorm of leaden death. Even heavily armoured Chaos Warriors can be shredded by a single volley, though with such devastating power comes great risk. Helblaster Volley Guns are notoriously prone to sudden, cataclysmic explosions. As a result, those crewmen who operate a machine so prone to catastrophically blowing them to tiny pieces tend to be paid up with the priests of Morr.
Empire Steamtank
Steam Tanks are monstrous, smoke-belching creations that rumble towards the enemy and fire deadly cannonballs from their steam-powered guns. The advance of these iron behemoths is terrifying to behold, as arrows ricochet from armoured hulls and enemy warriors are crushed beneath their immense bulk. Powered by a pressurised boiler that siphons steam through pipes and pistons, the Steam Tank is the inspired design of the famed Leonardo of Miragliano. Twelve Steam Tanks were originally built, though only eight now remain, each carefully maintained by the College of Engineers. In times of war, the College may sanction the use of these rare and valuable machines should the threat be dire enough.
Most Steam Tanks are armed with a steam-powered cannon, which is smaller than the cannons of the Imperial Gunnery School, though the manoeuvrability of the Steam Tank compensates for this. A turret-mounted steam gun is also standard, and this innovative weapon douses enemies close to the tank in a blast of scalding steam.

Azagal, your arm is going to take a bit more time then first thought. Apon arrival at my house this morning, I learned that my brother had passed away. My mother and father were with him at the time, and we are making funeral arrangements. I don't know when I will be back online.

You know, it's amazing how quickly one's fortune changes upon finding a sniper rifle. Coupled with a Better Criticals Perk and a 23% chance to get a critical, the poor meat heads didn't stand much of a chance.
Yeah, so I totally fail at going to bed early. Well, technically it is early. Pretty damn early in the morning. So I'm off to bed. Take that bar at the top telling me to Get some Sleep!
EDIT: So I complete failed to update the game today. A combination of Constitutional Law and Fallout Tactics managed to take up most of my time. I'll try and get to it tomorrow.
