LOL, I wish.
Anyway, look at your new ability "Curse of Revenge". The skill and the specialty are pretty much inspired by M&M. I needed one M&M hero to make the faction complete.

I choose names that sounds enough old and Celtic. Baklava sound to me like a Druse. Can't imagine it as a hero in the Druidic Order.

I don't have an access to the PhotoShop right now, so I can't finish making all the 4 main campaign heroes (Paul and Beata are left). I decided to post the beginning campaign story anyway, just to get some feedback, to hear if I'm on the right direction.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Campaign

The campaign starts with a short film.

A man is running among the tress. He reaches to a wide lighten refuge and shouts loudly "Ronald is dead!"

Narrator: "The story began as Ronald, the 2nd Druid in the world, that found the way to immortality, has been found dead in his house."

The scene fades, and you see tens of Druids praying and mourning around a stonehenge.

Narrator: "But Ronald's death didn't make everyone sad. Some saw this as an... Opportunity..."

The background music becomes tensive.

The scene fades into a man walking to a wooden house in the night. He knocks on the door, and a woman opens it. "What do you want, William?" she asks. He says: "I only one to offer you something, Beata..."

Narrator: "When such of a person, who was almost a real leader, dies, things in the Druidic Order start to get a bit out of control."

The picture fades into a crowd of protesting Druids.

Narrator: "Meanwhile, secret alliances are being signed"

You see William and Beata shaking hands in the darkness.

The background music becomes louder.

Narrator: "And sides in an upcoming struggle are being created.
But this is not the only problem that should concern the High Council of the Druids."

The scene fades and you see Demons wearing armor on an lava terrain, forging weapons and getting prepared to an attack...

The scene fades, the music stops and turns to peaceful.
You see a man and a woman laying in bed, in the morning. The woman is Beata. The man asks her:
"Something happened, dear?" She answers: "Nothing special, Paul..."

Close up on hair face, and the music becomes loader, until it breaks.

Narrator: "Choose you side"

You have 4 options to choose from. You can play either William, Beata, Paul or Ronald. Every choise leads to a different campaign with different quests.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What do you think? Sounds good so far?

I finished all the campaign heroes.

Well, as I said, there are going to be 4 options in this campaign.
You'll have to choose between:

Ronald
Paul
Beata
William

Ronald starts in level 10, a huge adventage on the other characters. However, his missions are very difficult and he has much more challenges to face with. First of all, he has to dicover where is he, how did he get there, to get out of there, just to find out that he left the Druidic Order in a huge mess.

Paul has to manage all the protestions against what's going on in the Druidic Order, after the death of Ronald. He has to pass the dangerous forests in order to recapture refuges that were captured by the rebels. After he managed to impose order, he finds out that the Druidic Order is being attacked by the Demons, and has to deal with them.

Beata works to gather as many people as possible in order to "make things right". She incourages the rebels that things should be changed, and manages to get many to agree with her, and to have the willingness to fight in order to get to the wished results. Beata cooperates with William.

Meanwhile, William is trying to get some powerful weapons that will help in the struggle and in the upcoming war against the Demons, a war that he is the only one who is aware of. He tries to sabotage in Paul's actions, and manages to cause some serious damage to him, without Paul even notices.

How all this will end? Who will gain the control in the Order and will have to banish the Demons out of the Druidic Order's forests? That will be your job to decide.

Edit: I only want to bump my faction so it will get marked a bit.

My Rate About The Druidic Order

Cohesiveness: 10/10 points

Imagination/creativity/originality/wow factor: 14/15 points (Doing something with the four elements is an older and almost an always-used feature.)

Back Story: 8/10 points (The history seem to be a conversation at the start of missions, though the history is understandable and is well wrote. Miss of timeline(?) History is described as first person and not in third(?)

Battle Facets: 8/10 points (Next to some a bit overpowered abilites, this town has great new skills and creature abilites.)

Discretionary: 5/5 pionts

Overall: 45/50 points

Cohesiveness: 6/10 (your celtic approach lacks a bit for the sake of fitting better into the heroes universe and I'm quite disturbed about the exact connection with the elves and the already existent druid creature, the elemental approach could play a much stronger role)

Imagination: 13/15 (good work, all fits well, you have some creative approaches)

Back story: 8/10 (well written, very figurative, but some open questions remain)

Battle facets: 9/10 (I can't see any big minus here, the chaining is a nice idea, maybe elemental bonding would have been a better name, chaining makes me think to much of the dungeon ability)

Discretionary: 4/5 (for the theme, the gnomes and the tale-like descriptions)

40/50

Cohesiveness: 10/10 not much to say here, everything makes quite sense and feels harmonious; the forest creatures are beautiful but threatening, the druids blend well elementalism and enviromentalism (Heroes 4 used to mix these approaches too). Some creatures, reinterpreted, could become really interesting and unique (for example the spriggan, a creature linked to the elements of gold, fire and forest, three elements rarely seen together).

Imagination: 13/15 GenieLord uses two overused elements (elementalism and forest people) to combine them into another already seen element (druidism) -incidentally, all of these are among my least favored elements in fantasy- yet the result is something completely new and unseen, especially in gameplay if not as much in flavor. I always thought that re-imagining is an hard, but more rewarding, task than imagining. So, while it does not strike as unexpected as, say, the Clockwork, it's definitely a good job.

Back story: 10/10 while it does not tie naturally into HoMM storyline, it's there nonetheless, it's quite good and -the trait I appreciate the most- is approached in a unseen way in the campaign management. Implementing storytelling with gameplay is one of the new achievements of videogames, and this work takes it into account.

Battle facets: 10/10 without a doubt the best thing I ever read among all factions. Finally someone develops this aspect with the importance I think it has. The racial is balanced, in-flavor and interesting, and the whole gameplay of the faction -based on interdipendence and mutual support rather than individual strenght- it's unique and imaginative. I confess I'm so enthusiast on that that it influenced heavily my "imagination" and "discretionary" marks.

Discretionary: 5/5 I dislike the theme and the pictures, but my personal tastes pales in comparison to the amount of work put in this faction. Five stars, sir.

Overall: 48/50 (my best mark so far)

Thank you all so much. I really apperciate that.

You should know that after the ICTC ends, I'll edit the faction, refering to your comments, which are really important for me. Your constructive criticism, whether it was positive or negative, really helps a lot.
