Cohesiveness: 8/10 (works well, but as said before the might AND magic approach isn't fulfilled)
Imagination: 9/15 (sounds more like a typical barbarian faction than a new or inventive ogre town)
Back story: 10/10 (can't find anything bad about it)
Battle facets: 6/10 (the lack of good shooters and early available flyers make them not very versatile)
Discretionary: 2/10 (for a good background and sympathy)

Quote: ok, beasts mix well with everything; then a stone race that the ogres just met (?!?) and then air dragons. All of this hardly has the feel of something coherent.
They released them from their eternal prisons inside the mountains. They were jailed inside there by the faceless ones long ago. i think i forgot to add that into the main post, or i didn't explained it any good.
The Dragons are children of Sylath. There are 5 dragons(not undead ones count) in Ashan. The elemantal dragons and the black ones. The black ones is just there becouse of it is classic, i think.

Cohesiveness: 6/10 The ogre came, they tamed everything (or almost)
Imagination: 11/15 original line-up, smart ogres, but nothing really surprising
Back story: 9/10 for some reasons I don't really like the way it's written, but you put a lots of effort in it.
Battle facets: 3/10 level 1 shooter, level 2 to 6 walker, level 7 flyer. close to no originality when it comes to special abilities and racial skills. very standard fighting style. it's worth an average homm 3 town imo.
Discretionary: 5/5 for the efforts in writing the story, and pictures too.

Tobius's rating
The Citadel of the Forgotten
Cohesiveness(2+3)=5 Too many too different creatures, the back story gives no satisfying explanation, but it fits HoMM easily
Imagination(3+2+2)=7 Hum, there\'s simply nothing really new or creative (except campaign, etc.)
Back Story(2+1)=3 A short timeline is not enough
Battle Facets(3+1)=4 Seems to work, but almost no inventive ideas (racial)
Discretionary: +3 for presenting heroes, a campaign and the creatures stats
Total Score=22
How I graded these:
Cohesiveness (Internal Coherence [1-5]+HoMM Compatibility [1-5])
Imagination (Creativity [1-5]+Innovations [1-5]+Originality[1-5])
Back Story (How well it expands on one of the HoMM universes [1-5]+How interesting it was to me [1-5])
Battle Facets (Variety [1-5]+Inventive Aspects [1-5])
Discretionary (Bonus for exceptional efforts[1-5])

Citadel of the Forgotten:
FriendofGunnar
Cohesiveness:7/10 Kind of seems like a mishmash of creatures we've already seen before.
Imagination:10/15
Back story: 9/10 well integrated and thorough
Battle facets:6/10 some interesting ideas, such as "Raging(for every retaliation this creature perform, the main attack(retaliation is included) is strenghted by 5%"
Discretionary:4/5 for plotting a campaign and the heroes pics.

Cohesiveness: 5 points – although you’ve given explanation for the creatures coming together it is really basic and they don’t quite fit together for me.
Imagination/creativity/originality/wow factor: 10 points – some interesting ideas for towns and hero specialty
Back story 7 – links well to the history of Ashan, but not much to explain how the faction itself evolved to include all the creatures etc.
Battle facets: 7 – would be fun to play
Discretionary: 4 – interesting details of maps and heroes 
Total: 33

Cohesiveness(max 10) : 4
Creativity (max 10): 6
Backstory (max 10): 6
Battle Facets (max 15): 7
additional (max 5): 0
no more dragons please… the lineup is mixed up, the story is too plain and the concept of ogres with goblins and orcs around is unfitting
Total (max 50):23
Guest Judge's Score : 35.57 (Judges grades are weighed differently depending on how many factions they graded)
Judges Score: (36 + 33 + 23) / 3 = 30.67
