Well then, that is certainly interesting, LMAO. I won't go into as much detail as the other judges. I will keep it a bit more short and sweet.
The winner hands down is Geny. That was just great (but having one black would have been the icing, lol)
Ohforsake; you would have last place, lol. That's about the furthest from me I can fathom.
Other interesting points.
 Pink? I really do not care for pink. hahaha
Leapard print shorts? Refer to resolution of 1st arrow. 
do I need to place out the rest or is the winner good enough? Will edit if needed.

Ah yes, I think I got the angel look, the mystery part, and the ban hammer as well.
Note he stands in a ring, summoned by light runes, ready to fight for justice, an guardian angel of justice and a little cute girl I suppose.
Edit: The red eyes in the darkness is you (or at least how you used to be) that dwells beneath the shadow of the library, ready to strike upon seeing any noobiness being purged and banish it through your justified smiting via reason and logic.

- Wearing a suit is what I mostly do, and I also like the fact you didn't made a super muscle bodybuilder out of me
negativ:
- Not every bavarian drinks beer...even it is a famous rumour all over the world...for me, it is the opposit..I dislike ANY kind of alcohol.
- This guy looks like 85 years old...not the kind of compliment I like to hear

- The blue and white jersey, because my favorite football (soccer) club has blue/white jerseys too.
negative:
- A drunken police officer with a baseball bat who has a horse as best friend?...not sure where you get your inspiration from

- The blank shield doesn't fit in that pic at all.
