Hey Draco, here are some Ideas for  your creatures

Gog => Magog/Salamander

Beholder => Evil Eye/ Gauth

No one forces you to use unique names though. Elder eye and Fire Gog will do fine as well
____________
Coincidence? I think not!!!!

Thank you very much!

But Gogs are not Basilisk style units. Gogs are red skinned Lizardmen-like Demons, thorwing fireballs at enemy.

I'ts 100.000% that there will be more factions: at least 2 more (Stronghold and Fortress).

And also. What do you think about Precission and Range. Shoud I change its effect?

I guess most people will not like the Rifflemen in Castle.

I think some of it is really good and prescision idea is very good, but fit more as a racial skill (if you improve it a little bit).

However most of this is a completly copy of H3.
When you create a game you want to bring something new, not something that everybody has already seen and is a complete copy of a previous game.

In your idea almost everything is copied from H3.

Thats why i only give it 1,5/5 or 3/10.
Because i like the prescion idea but think it would fit more like a racial skill and most names are very, very good.
It lost lots of points because almost 99% of the idea is copied from H3.

Fair enough.

I do like what you have done so far though, the 8 creatures idea is rather good, and Mantis fits well into the Swamp Fortress.

I always liked HIII the best, simple enough to pick up quickly, yet advanced enough to be challenging, and fun to play no matter how advanced you were.

Fortress is a swamp town, but some creatures can become ice or fire creatures.
Basilisk -> Ice \ Fire Basilisk

Why not?

And about the rampart... I don't like the Homm 5 Rampart at all. Homm 3 Rampart was the best.
