The lion. Even if he can't breath, the shark will die because of insuficient water sooner (with the help of BIG teeth).

Both lion and shark can't survive without oxigen (O2). Sharks' oxigen finds himself in the water they live in, but they cannon breath the oxigen on dry land. That's the reason they die.
Lions are mammals, which means they are also not amphibious. They cannon breath in water. But there IS oxigen (O2) on the moon, not enough for surviving, but probably enough for a mammal to breath one minute.
So, the shark will go in panic because of the "no water" condition. In that time, the lion will be able to bite the shark or wait untill it dies. Then, as a glorious hero, he will die a horrible death.

I think you're blowing the whole "breathing" deal out of proportion, and forgetting that the shark's teeth are, really, really big

that's not even a fight.
The Shark won't even be able to move without Water.
So unless the Lion dies of lack of oxygen before being able to finish the shark (in which case it's a tie), the lion wins.

You forgot to add "without atmosphere"...
they would be both dead before even moving... either freezed or melted depending on lunar cycle/whatever it's called
it's not a tie since they aren't really both "winning" but more like both "losing" so it's more like a double-KO.

If it wasn't on the moon then the shark would surely win.
I once watched a show, "Battle of the Beasts", where there are two beasts fighting in a 'duel' on each episode.
Once there was the Crocodile VS the Lion, and the Crocodile won.
Another time there was the Crocodile VS the Shark, and the Shark won.
So it's pretty logical to know that the Shark would win VS the Lion on Earth.
