I agree with Ramparter, the models are different in nuance, but the textures completely make them different. And the prismo-drag looks great adn you're not gonna care about the similarity between it and the green drag when you just took out five stacks of things with the Prism Breath, will you.

@Rampart the Dragon on the left still looks better than the right one
Pretty much all of the Sylvan creatures look awsome,but i dont like the look of Treants and their upgrades.

You should see the béta treant. I'll bet you like that one for sure.
Well, for me:
Béta treant and the first upgraded war dancer. ( the one with the tattoos..)

They are not the same model, crystal dragon has long scales in it's back, it's mouth is also longer, more wide.And if you still can't pick them apart you could look their names.

@Dendroid, cool now I know.
@ others...sure you can tell some small differences if you take time to study in detail the two models side-by-side. But when you are playing you just glance and you need to know right away so you can decide how to deal with the creature. Even when I looked, all I really saw was some extra spikes on one of there necks...it's still color that's seperating them for me.

The best looking creatures are the wood elves. The war and wind dancer is much more than cool.
However the archangels have the very best visuals.

Academy:Rakshasha Raja-Lion man,I bet he roars a lot;Titan-so serious looking.
Dungeon:Minotaur-glad they covered their mouths;shadow/black/red dragon.
Fortress:Fire Dragon-A flaming Godzilla.There's something you don't see every day.
Inferno:Imp/Familiar,Hellhound/Cerberus,Nightmare,Pit Lord,Devil.
Haven:none.And another thing,I'm sorry to say,but Angels/Archangels are female.There's concept art showing an Angel with long black womanly hair.
Necropolis:All.
Stronghold:Cyclops.
Sylvan:Green Dragon.

I usually like all mid-level creatures, except for the gargoyels and Necropolis creatures. Vampires haircut must be changed.

No, the Vampire in his awesomeness is great the way he is. I vampire with short hair is too Dracula.

2. Seraph or Fallen Angel.

4. The 'Griffin' family
5. Wights
Hunters and Druids are in the top ten somewere, along with a few others but i stuck with the top five.
