Here's my thoughts.
-Can you replace the blizzard animation with the cloud collesium's cloud animation.
-Replace Glacial elementals ice bolt with deepfreeze or give it Adv. Ice bolt.
-Increase Wind Elemental's hp by or attack
-Earth elementals and their upgrades I find are weak and I was using Erdamon. Give Magma 80-90 hp with 14/18 atk/def and FlameWave and Obsidian 18/14 atk/def
-Righteous Might just doesn't feel right with Djiin IMO, Adv Landmine or Basic Phantom Forces instead?
-level 2 and 5 dwelling Creature ID's need to be swaped along with some other buildings like the Pyrimad. (almost had a heart attack when I had to fight 40 Earth and 20 Magma Elementals.)

I've tested it out, with no mastery with 1 glacial elemental deals 20 dmg with 2% dmg increase compared to ice bolts 84 dmg. and with higher stacks icebolt deals over double damage than deepfreeze.

conflux's great, maybe less growth for efreets & djinns
sylvan looks stronger than before with battle wolf's no retaliation-2x attack combo...
i think there's a bug when you build the castle in sylvan you cant see the land beneath(sp?) it...

conflux might not be strong enough to replace it, anyway i won´t install nothing in mod workshop, i fear that game crashes when i do so, already h5 crashed so many if i installed patches.

I've just remembered some people said the ice / glacial elementals were too powerful, and I know (thanks to ToK) that it exists a 5th mastery for spells that you could use to balance them. I think you may also be able to create more mastery levels if needed, but haven't tried yet.

I've been working on an ice dyrad and heres what I got, I dunno how to add the Water Elementals mist effects.. but if someone could, then it would be a big help. Also, Im not done with the hair, Im gonna change the flowers into snow flakes.
