I have a question. Can one animal be given to more than one member? Like, if I think both Elvin and Bboy fits in with the dog, can I assign it to both of them?

No. That's the point of giving you 19 different animals because if I don#t force you to distripute them between all participants I get 15xpeacock 3xlolumad? and that's not helping .

@Azzie, just a suggestion. Taking out Weasel and Squid and replacing them with Rabbit and Shark?? I just feel those two animals can be better used to describe someone.

Hmm... nah.
First off, the feedback doesn't need to be strictly positive or negative, many traits belong to both categories.
Furthermore, encouraging categories will likely make people more prone to seek out things so that they "fill" both categories, which might not be what is best for the Sociogram. I think it's for the better if people just write what comes to mind about the subject, rather than thinking in what fits in categories.

Yeah categories are counterproductive to say the least. I don't know whether you've check the feedback people have got in the previous instances (they all made it public) so check it out. You'll see that it's a lot better if people simply get to speak their mind or give you their impression on things rather than herding them towards "okay now tell me what you think is good about him and what you think he isn't so great at" that's not feedback.

One thing I would like is if the feedback for each person was separated by a line, rather than all running together. The funnest part (for me) is putting a monocle over my eye and a pipe in my mouth and speculating who said what. And then tracking down anybody that I think said something negative about me and napalming them in the face.
