Ok let me think about that....no let's not do that. As funny as the idea may be it's too much work to ask from every member not to mention that it does very little in providing feedback.

Alright folks so let's get this thing started.
Write how you see the persons on the list you can do that with brief adjectives or you can write a text explaining how you feel about the person and why, etc. It's pretty straight forward but please don't be repetetive in what you write you may feel similar about people but there should be enough differences not to send me "troll, fun and spamy"x20 times for everyone. And remember be honest and as critical as you feel neccesary in what you say but don't resort to simply insulting someone (now mind you normally I'd accept someone calling someoneelse an a$$hole but since this anonomyous it won't fly. Not to mention there are other more contructive ways of saying that).
Now like I've said before the sociogram is only as good as the work everyone puts in so don't do this in an some halfa$$ way ok? Take your time with this and be thorough with your feedback we only do this like once a year so I'm sure you'll find the time somewhere.
Now when you're done giving feedback on 1 person pick an animal from the list an assign 1 to the poster. You can only use each animal once and since we're 20 there should be no problem.
Also don't send me your feedback in bits and pieces send me the whole thing. Not a hcm with 5 guys everyday rather 1 with all 20 after a few days.
Oh and btw I'll be participating give feedback on me too but obviously don't send it to me. I'll give you someone to send it to later.

Also all those of you that've mistakenly already sent me your feedback (It was never complete in anycase...) send it to me again once you've done everyone. I will delete my inbox in order to make room for the incoming tidalwave of hcms. You have until tomorrow to find your hcms and copy what you need if you don't want to rewrite it.

Alright so I have a question for you about the animal thing. I was planning on just compiling the overall count. So I would give you your feedback like f.e.

Alright I've already gotten some feedback! Thanks guys that's the spirit. Now that doesn't mean that anyone who hasn't sent me anything is less cool so take your time (but not too much time... if I catch you slacking I will hunt you down) and don't rush it but still I apreciate it that some of you took the time this early.

wtf? That's in 8 days. You're not suppose to write a novel on each person in the diagram if you'd spend half as much time on working on the feedback as you do on posting nonsense I'm pretty sure you'd be done already.
Now listen I don't want you to rush it but the 20th being too early for you is being pretty ridiculous...

Listen I appreciate it that you actually spend time on this and want to do this right. That's exactly what I want people to be like when they participate.
What I however don't understand is people complaining about this being slow and then they don't manage their time properly. Now I don't know what's going on in your life and how busy you are with studies etc. but I know how busy I am and I have a **** ton of work to do and the sociogram isn't exactly going to help me with assignments and paperdeadlines but that doesn't prevent me from setting 2 hours apart from my day and sit there and get my writing done. Then I still have to compile your answers and move the tidbits arround so that the feedback scheme isn't chronological and other things. That all takes time but I have no problem spending that time because I want to do this.
Now it won't be a disaster if this will be done at the end of april instead of on the 20ths but there is no reason for it not to be able to be done by then.
If you really have no time to do it that's perfectly ok aswell but then don't complain about a standstill and spend half the day posting random stuff all over the place. Either complain and do what you can or don't complain and get it done eventually as you see fit. It's about being fair Ohffs.

Stop making it sound like I have done something wrong here. I've my priorities and you might not believe it, but as I told you in the other thread, I am working on, among lots of stuff, the sociogram, right now.
In any case. I complained about the lack of interesting activity, NOT about this thread being on a standstill. I wrote that this is one of the better threads, and when it's not on a standstill, it's one part of the activity I find interesting. I think you really got me wrong on that one, to be honest.

Made my submission like a baws. A lot of it was short and the animals were assigned semi-randomly near the end.
AT LEAST I TRIED! (said the epitaph)
EDIT: in hindsight that's a weak epitaph.
