Letter to Self
If you were to sit down and write a letter to yourself, let’s say when you were a teen ager or just about to make a really life changing decision, what would it say? Ever wonder if you had listened to that letter where you might be now?
Well here is what mine might say.
Dear Self,
You tend to hold your true feelings in and then explode your non truths all over everyone around you. I know that you are only sixteen and thinking about leaving school and marrying him. May I lend you a small piece of advice, DON’T DO IT. Don’t you understand that school is so important and making your family work at home will only benefit you later in life? Of course you don’t know of these things or you would not already have your room all packed up. As you put those ripped out pictures of Kirk Cameron in the trash let me beseech your mind. Do you really think you are ready for this, your packing Metallica posters and a jean jacket with enough rock and roll pins on it to make a small ship?
Put down the strawberry shortcake shampoo and listen to me, you don’t want to do this. You can’t just quit school and then move in with a guy that is ten years older than you with two children. I know things are bad at home, mom is an addict and that is just the way it is. You’re stronger than this though; don’t give up hope, there is always hope. He is an addict too what are you thinking oh never mind you’re not thinking. You’re going to get to right where you are now in life with enough credits to have a freaking master and not enough basics to pass a math class. You’re going to get a useless Massage degree and end up customer service at a place where putting things in numerical order is your big task for the day. You will feel worthless, ashamed, and be without any future that is worth talking about.
Don’t you remember you wanted to be a lawyer; you had dreams of being someone, being someone who did for others and always woke up with a purpose in life. If you do this, if you go down this path it will lead you to feeling empty inside and stagnant. You will become a drifter in this stuffy life and no one will want you to be around you, not even your own children.
Listen to me because right now I write this letter from that dark place that I speak of, I’ am here living this empty dream, run from that as fast as you can. Don’t follow me down this hole of endless hopelessness. Go do what you always said you were going to, go be what you always wanted to be, and don’t negotiate this with anyone, especially yourself.

Dear Myself....
Don't listen to your friends, do not follow them around and ruin your life. Do not care about what other people mean, please listen to yourself and figur out what must be done. Please listen and figur out what to do, please just do that.
Please find a way out of the net of confusion, please figur out how you want it to end. Please listen to the people around you, but never let them end up choosing your decision.
Edit: Ok............ i'm 15 and i wonder, how the heck should i write this? 
Seriusly overlooked the dam topic.........

Dear Lex,
This may sound a bit schizophrenic, but it's me, myself, and I who's wrtiting you this letter. No, you are not becoming insane or schizophrenic, but I know you and thus myself and I need to critize your actions a bit.
Don't get me wrong, I know that you hate critisism, and to be honest, so do I. Yet critisism is something be both need and need to cope with, whether we like it or not. So what do I want to critise you about ? Well,...I (damn, I'm such a wuss, NO offence to you I mean, but...ah...never mind) eh... think you should study for your exams who will start shortly.
Don't need to glare to me like that Lex, I know that you have heard it about 10000 times, but if you don't start, you'll get ploughed. I admit, I haven't started to study either and yes, people keep repeating to me that I should start, but unlike you I don't need to study to pass my exams (I'm sure you think exactly the same  ).
That said, I need to report that your arrogance annoys people too much. You should listen to Azagal and Geny more, and don't listen so much to emilsn (Didn't you notice he blames poor mamga for everything ? You are even helping him, you hartless bully!  )
Damn I hate you, but if it may confort you, I hate myself too.
I'm such an interfering nitwit, you surely must hate me...
Anyway, don't forget to bring my Gloria Estefan CD's back... OOPS ! 
Anyway take care, as it affectss us both

He threw the letter in the dustbin and took a fresh sheet of paper and began to write:

So, u should copy the letter, paste it at the end. Replce Lexxan with Vtb or Dagoth, whichever seems fitting. And especially listen to the "start learning for your final exams" advice.

It's not too late to be a lawyer, VF. Get an LSAT book, study, sign up for the test, kick some ass, get a high score and a scholarship, then go to law school. It's what I did... minus the studying, kicking ass, high score, and scholarship parts...
Law school is pretty tough, but it's worth it in the end.

Omega---That is really cool I' am glad that you have made such an accomplishment. I guess I did not know that you went to law school. No it is never too late and I' am back in school in the fall anyway. Thanks for the encouragement.

Don't take the post to literally, I' am not unhappy in my life just with some choices that I have made in the past.This was a letter to help show me that even though I did make wrong turns everyone can find the road again. BTW this should be something that you know all to well. Hope the road your on does not side track you off any cliffs. Good luck to you as well.

I've read you undoubtebly charming and polite letter, you wrote me yesterday. I've heard you finally started studying, but before you can tell me off, I have begun too.
HA! Arrogant ye always were, telling off people in for thing you yourself do! Hypocrite. Shall I tell you something mister busybody ? You not only hatre myself, I hate yourself too.
Before we continue bickering and fighting, let's drop the charade; Have YOU, oh mingling one, discovered the meaning of HC. You think you're so special, and think you at least should have 3 QP's, whilst you clearly got what you deserved (nil!). Better take example to your lazier, but more sympathetical half, I'm happy with what I get.
But wereyou able to see through TA's "k"? Do you know who Namus is ? Have you even noticed that Pan and Geny aren't a couple ? I don't know, what i do know is that I did.
But enough negativeness, I know your emotional frailty better than everyone else, so I stop being so mean and hartless. Because what would I be without you ? Nothing, nothing at all. Dear Gadi,
I know you think you're already doing it, but I want ask you to do one thing: take it easy. There are times that it's hard, but please try. Believe me, you won't be sorry. There are things that you simply shouldn't take too hard inside.
If someone says an insulting comment just like that, there's no need to take it inside. If you had a bad day, If someone disappointed you, If one bad thing happened in a great day. All these shouldn't ruin everything.
You just take things so deeply inside that when things go wrong you can't get out of it easily, and eventually you end up with cutting things immediately.
Have more respect to older people, even if you think they are doing stupid things. Learn to shut up, don't comment. You don't always have to be right, think about the results of that temporal "justise".
Be more nice to your parents. They have only good intentions. You're their first son, they had daughters before you, and maybe that makes them to do such silly things. Still, try doing things also in their way, you might fun it suitable for you as well. Compromising may be good also.
Let yourself to rest. You do so much, and forget about the basic things: sleeping enough, eating meals, drinking enough... You father always says that anyway, but that's annoyig for you to hear it all over again, so you don't even listen. As I said, listening more to your parents can help. Like you tell others, you don't to agree, but atleast listen.

Hey Self,
Today is a new day and you have the option of enjoying your double Chocolate Chip Java Starbucks Latte’ or weeping over it like a damn baby. So which one is it, don’t you understand that some of those that used to be in your life are just better as a memory? You have made your bed now lay down in it and shut up. Let’s look at you here 10 years ago shall we, are you up for that or are you still smearing tear covered chocolate chips all over your face hoping someone will notice?
You had been married for six years and contemplating a divorce. Yes, lets not forget that he was an ***, always needed things his way, and had a job where he was gone 23 days out of the month. The fact is you were getting ready to have your third child that was a birth control baby and a complete shock. You had filed divorce papers twice by this point and were ready to sign when the flashing pink plus sign blinded you with reality. Great your changing oil for a living and with your grease covered hands you pee on a stick and break the news to your boss first. Then the old man comes by your work like ten minutes later and you lean into the window and tell him that he is about to be a father again. Is this a sign you are meant to be? No! It is a ****ing disaster and you can’t believe that It is happening. Why with him? Why now?
You had the choice to stay and try to make it work but you had been trying for six years over and over again. It never got better, he never stopped trying to be right, and you never let him. Both young and careless with love, not knowing that always trying to win an argument was a loose loose situation. Being right is not always the right thing to be. You had been apart before and reconciled but sometimes the resentment is overflowing in your righteous pompous cup of despair. He packed up and drove away, leaving the babies behind to wave goodbye as the whipping dust from the road clung to his wet face. You knew all too well that every other weekend was the role he would play now and by the frozen faces of the children so did they.
So this letter is for future use in your decisions in this life. Make sure that everything you do is exactly what your heart and mind desire. Sometimes the easy road will lead you to a desert of sand and you will choke on the death of lose. Be careful of your expectations as everyone has problems, addictions, lies, stories, and most of all feelings to be heard. So I won’t tell you your choice was wrong but I will tell you we all make wrong choices.
