I would nominate Oblivion for worst game of the year if i had the chance, but then again consider the crap we already spew into the marked then..... it would still be far of from place nr 1 on that list of its year.
Have not bothered with Shivering Isles however, but then again its the expansion package to it.
And some games are meant to be playable unmodded, Oblivion as it are and is should atleast be playable without mods(someting i find that its really not is), because its suppose to be a CRPG is it?
War 3 on the other hand is the other way around, the the campaign got a good story.

@Adrius,i tried playing Venom(he looks cool) but his hits and ults are easily blocked and he is kinda slow compared to Chipp(one of my favorites).Has triple jump like Justice

At least, they had very cool weapons, a good storyline (with loads of interesting characters), even the miniquests were interesting. Also, the environments were kinda creepy and strange... Takes me back to morrowind, except that morrowind was greyer and more depressing.

@Nikita: Even if the opponent blocks his Dark Angel tension move (the big dark ball) they still take tons of guard damage, and while it's hitting them or being guarded, you can easily set up a loop-ball formation or a full 4 ball formation ending with a k-ball.
Loop ball formation are my favourites, set up a p (punch) + k ball (kick) and hit it with p, then immediately summon another p ball.
This will cause the k ball to move since you've changed the formation, hitting the ball you launched with p and splitting them in two directions, without even hitting it. It's heavily abusable against the AI, since they won't know what to do about the constant stream of projectiles being thrown in their face.
Then summon another k ball and repeat. It's extremly effective. If the opponent decides to jump, just hit the formation with a ->p attack and catch them mid-air

My other favourite strategy is a wakeup-game with Venom. Ending a HS attack with a H Dubious Curve (the ball attack where he shoves one of them into the opponent's stomach) and immediately summoning a P-ball.
The opponent is now on the ground with a H ball behind them and a P ball in front of them, as soon as they get up you ->S the front ball, as it hits (or gets guarded) you teleport to the H ball and hit them in the head from behind. They'll be forced to change their guard direction or they'll keep getting damage.
Venom is all about adding variation to your attacks and confusing your opponent.
Oh, and sorry for saying balls so much.
Chipp is good I guess, but he's a bit too fragile for my taste. hough Just like Faust, he's incredibly fun to play with, especially the EX version.

Oblivion is one of the best RPGs.
It feels pretty dead and the enviroment is boring though - in Fable 2 enviroment is great and the world feels very alive.
Oblivion is huge, Fable 2 is not so huge.
If they would mix those two games it would be the best RPG ever.

Naaah, vanilla Oblivion isn't really a RPG imo, it's way too action oriented. The leveling system isn't really awarding at all either, you never get the feeling that you can own someone... that is, besides rat and deers 
However, I play it like an RPG with diary mods and stuff, write my own stories about my character and so on, it really has the potential to be an RPG.
Too bad I managed to blow my data files up a few days ago... no more Oblivion for me in a while.
Oblivion = Mods mods mods...

I love him,he is fasted player in game,low dmg and low hp but faasstt.Esp i like his tension(1st one).I would love to play others too but they have a very bad tensions,some of them.No names havent played it since i posted those pics

@Nikita: Actually, the reload version of Chipp is close to imba, his "half-circle-forward + K" throw is unblockable... and his second tension move is far too powerful really.
I think they nerfed the hell out of him in slash or later versions, nowadays only extremly advanced players can play him effectively.
Also, Chipp is one the top 3 of most used characters among noobs  (no offence, considering one of the world's best player uses Chipp)

If you happen to own the japanese version you can play online... but I have the european version so it's impossible.
There's a guy making a mod for it though, I read that he might introduce online play in his next version. Can't remember the name though.
I think gamefaq has quite a few guides.
Oh, and the top 3 noob characters are
1: Ky kyske
2: Sol Badguy
3: Chipp Zannuff
Ky and Sol are waaay to well balanced, they have no real weaknesses you know, therefor they are quite hated among many players... though I only hate Ky, he's so damn boring!

I thought so,Ky and Sol are twins that are on opposite sides,and omg i hated both of them,didnt like anything about them,esp Ky.I would even play girl character(Dizzy),but not them.Axl is great too,esp in missions.

If you have a PS3, you should check out Arc's new 2D fighter, Blazblue
It breathes Guilty Gear... as soon as you hear the music you'll be stuck, trust me. I could buy a PS3 for this, but it feels kinda weird to buy a super-graphics machine for a 2D fighter
It looks awesome though, the quality of the sprites is amazing.
