By all means, quote me where I say that making "love" to objects is normal? Seems like you do the very thing you accuse me of: you only read what you want to read? Let me spell it out: I DO agree making love to objects like that is "not normal", duhr, that's a fact.

I am simply more disgusted with the various attitudes in this thread towards people like that, particularly from VF. She doesn't need to count on MY remorse anymore whenever she spills about her poor childhood again.

Also please dont insult the intellegence of the members here by saying that were a bunch of 12 year olds.

What is "more normal"?:
- to knee on the floor with leather shackles on and getting spanked with a wip by a lady who is fully covered in leather clothes
or
- making love to a BMW 535i

The first is called "Sexual freedom", while the second is called "desease"?

Something to argue about.....

Just wanted to use this as a reference for my post, so it might make a bit more sense.  Have no problem with the post itself .

Those of us who are not what society deems as 'normal' see things a bit differently then most.  After so many times of people told you have a mental disease, or are perverted, or such you stop judging other things so harshly.

Personally I don't see the attraction to things like cars and such.  But the above post does have a point.  Where do we draw the line?  I know several of my .. friends would tell you that the first example drives them wild.  Others that are quite fond of ropes and ... toys.
But where exactly is the line drawn?

I mean if it gets to the point that being straight and liking the missionary position is looked down apon, that would be just as wrong as my chosen lifestyle being looked down apon.  I'll treat a straight person the same as a bisexual or as a gay (lesbian) person.  All I ask is the same respect in return..is that really too much to ask?

Now, like I said, innanimate love is not for me.  It may even be over the 'line' (wherever that is), but unless they do it in front of you (or your children) it doesn't really affect you, so why worry about it?

Like ive said before. I guess you draw the line when its no longer a fetish. Instead of loving a certain car, you feel like you would rather be with it than a real person. I think you draw the line when people say they believe there table is intellegent.

When associated with sexual arousal it is called Fetishism. Everything from high heels, to leather, to wet hair...it's a common male disorder. Yes, it is considered a disorder, but severity is the key. Some guys might get more aroused by a woman in heels while others might actually just take the shoe and screw it.

EDIT: I guess i made the same mistake you did then, stating something that wasnt there. But in any case dont you think its unhealthy for your daughter to shut out interaction with people to pursue a relationship with a rake?

Its all well and good to say there not doing any harm leave them alone. But when its someone you know and care about, would you have a word to them?

Regarding your autism, did you ever find it difficult to socialise. Judging from your mannerisms here i dont think you do. But its just been said that certain cases of autism lead to animism because you cant socialise with people. Then from there they develop this relationship with objects

Mind you, as far as I know, fetishism is not limited to just males.

I'd say that depends on the level of severity. It should be noted, the only social problems she might get can be blamed on people not tolerating and accepting her for being who she is: People like VF

People shutting off from society can be caused by many things, and it's up to the individual case. I wouldn't believe this trait would be the sole cause of it, just like video games are not to be blamed for violent youths.

I was tempted to remark on it, but resisted. I have a fetish and kink or two, but as far as I know I don't have ever nor will ever feel emotionally involved with inanimate objects. Unless you count romance stories read online, but that's not a feeling of affection for a PC, that's just being emotionally drawn into a story.

Unfortunately for me (or maybe fortunately? Who knows..) my Autism was only discovered several months ago after I failed integrating into college about a year ago (or however you call it in English). I fail mostly at group-work, group-interaction, and chit-chat is something I can't do. I say it might have been fortunately it wasn't discovered earlier, since although I did have a rough ride through mid-school / high school (whatever you call it in English), I did get a group of friends there. In a shameless display of self-flattery: Those that diagnosed me claimed they found it quite remarkable I actually managed to get through mid- / high school, even though I did take 3 years longer than it should have for an average person. Ratings weren't the problem, getting reports and presentations done were.

And as for why it was only discovered recently, apparently according to them I somehow camouflage my shortcomings.

The main problem is that objects don't have intelligence or feelings, and that's a FACT. So, people that think otherwise are clearly in a state of delusion. I'm not saying they are "crazy" and should be looked down upon! I'm just saying that we should actually try to "cure" them by explaining that it's not ok what they're doing, rather than just let them "do what they want" and "leave them alone"

It's like people who have hallucinations. I'm not saying they are a problem for the society, or for you (a generic you) for that matter, but it's "not ok" for them. If you really care about some of those people, you should try to explain to them that they don't think straight.

I never said I have a problem with those people. I mean, I don't have a problem with those that smoke either, even though it's absolutely not good for them

Trust me, if I had a kink like that, I would have let you know - since it would obviously be relevant in this topic.

Unfortunately for you, unlike what your obviously intelligent brain deducted, I don't.

So could you keep your arrogance to yourself for a change? I would expect someone who had an unfortunate childhood to be at least a bit more kind towards other people, no matter how bizarre they might be.

My arrogance? LMAO Oh yes my poor childhood. Give me a break Moon Pie, I don’t sit around and say poor me and my childhood. It’s called overcoming the one thing that millions of people grow up with. Who in the hell was I not kind to on here, oh that’s right it has been pointed out that you take what part of what you want to read then titty twist it. Good luck with that.

Given how "serious" the topic is being debated by the 12-year olds, I would say the thread can be locked.

Um, yes I would have to agree with DS, give me a flipping break. Don’t come on here to a thread that has evident humorous undertones and make some big ass deal out of it. You are arguing for the sake of arguing. Don’t you have a toaster over or leaf blower to go make out with or something? Maybe to release some of that built up tension you should consider that corner lamp that has been eyeing you for months now. Autism, doubt it. Sounds more like you just purposely put yourself in an antisocial category hence the reason for your arguing about people that marry and fall in love with inadament objects.

Quote:
Moreover I dispise the way "normal" people tend to think anything that is not "normal" must be blamed on some sort of mental illness, just because they lack the capabilities and intelligence to deduct what other possibility there might be. Seriously, grow up.

“Dispise”? um and you had the itty bitty swingers between your legs to correct my spelling? It is despise for future rants on how much you can’t stand the “normal” people that judge the not so “normal” people that are normally “normal” but in this case seem abnormally “normal, for all intense “normal” purposes that is.

I have the excuse of English not being my native language. As such, I can be excused for spelling errors, unlike you.

That aside, excuse me for not wishing to further argue with someone who can't help but toss an insult or "witty" flame between the lines in nearly every paragraph. I find that, again, childish.

Just for the heck of it though:

Quote:
oh that’s right it has been pointed out that you take what part of what you want to read then titty twist it.

That was debunked. Thanks for noticing.

Quote:

I just find it hypocritical of someone who demands others to take her feelings into account (remember the pedophile thread?) but doesn't give that respect to other people who happen to have a disability (or whatever you wish to call this paraphile). Moreover, your entire way of typing comes across as childish and lacking respect in any possible way. Try and get your points across without flinging in a line showing how tough and cool you are every paragraph

Quote:

Nice example of above mentioned childish wordings. You would be the last to tell ME to grow up.
