Alright, so what races does exist/fit with Blue/Black?
oh yeah, and also I like to know which cities/places there is so I know where I come from...or mabye I just leave that to you enemality...

Races: Humans are in every color, changelings (shapeshifters) have been in both blue and black, so they fit, liches/vampires fit (black has undead, and blue is intelligent and manipulative, which fits liches and vampires), and Shadowmoor's merrow (merfolk) are really evil, savage blue/blacks. However, a member of any race can potentially be blue/black, especially planeswalkers, who tend to be unusual members of their species.
As for planes (worlds within the multiverse), I'll wait for you to choose a race before we get there.

Well then what are all the other races then?(Damn I wonder what to chose. If I chose from this list I would chose Changeling, but seing you said what you said, I want to see the rest of the races)

Let's say for a second that I'll join in (if time allows), how deep my knowledge about MtG should be? Because except for game mechanics and some very basic cards I know absolutely nothing.

I haven't even heard about the game! And I'm used to know about most card games! Damn...My pride as an selfproclaimed card expert just got a big blow!
Well back to the thing I don't understand much just this:

Background: No Idea(I know little about this so meh!)
Why I am in Shadowmoor: No Idea
Powers: Posionous & Shadow Creatures and other "assasin" creatures.

By the way, a clarification: m:tg takes place across multiple worlds with no knowledge of each other's existence. It's not just one setting, like pokemon or yu-gi-oh.
@Mytical: whenever you find a section of land that fits your color/s, you attune yourself to it. From then on, you can summon any appropriately colored creatures that have strong associations with that piece of land. In real world terms, your card collection grows.
@Geny: the only technological race in m:tg I can think of are the vedalken, who live on the metal-suffused world of Mirrodin. They are plotters and masterminds - read the italicized text at the card's bottom.

Name: Kulrath
Color of Mana: Black/blue
Race: Spirit
Backstory: When Kulrath was a youth his village were attacked by elves, and his family and people there were slain. He escaped barely alive, and managed to get to the Cinder people. They took care of him, and trained him in the art of Withering, to make the land die. He left them when he still was in his early ages and went without any chosen destination. He let destiny choose where he went.
Why is your character on Shadowmoor? The elves counterattacked the destructive forces and he were driven from his home and ended up with the Cinder people. (I've just player the game, so I have no idea about the story of Shadowmoor, really  )
Powers: Can change shape into anything Kulrath can see (Changeling)

Anyway, here's my char:
Name: Amakar
Race: Vedalken
Color of Mana: Blue
Backstory: The thirst for knowledge and lack of emotions is common among the Vedalken, but few of them have the determination required to travel to different planes alone in order to get that knowledge. Amakar is one of those few. After learning as much as he could on his home world, especially everything he could find about machines, he began looking for new ways to extend his knowledge.
Why is your character on Shadowmoor? Shadowmoor is the first plane Amakar has gone to in order to seek knowledge. He is anxious (or would be anxious if he knew what feelings are) to explore this new world and examine its inhabitants and most of all their technology.
Powers: Amakar has great affinity to anything highly technological.
If there are no comments about my character, then I'm ready to start.

Okay thanks. But...what other creatures does ably to "Assasin" and "Wise"? Hmmm...cat beasts? I mean...they're suppose to be wise and they're night animals who hunts at night. And they're very silent.

Blue is characterized not only by wisdom, but also by the ability to confuse the enemy, make illusions and such. Illusion skills along with assasin techniques make a great combo imo. (no idea what that would mean in MtG world though )

If it's the abilities I can remember from MTG it's Wither, Flying, Reach, Flash, Haste, Trample, Shroud, Persist ... and some more I just can't seem to remember

You don't need specialties, just say what kind of magic you usually use - do you summon spirits? shoot fire at people? most kinds of magic you've seen in video games or movies is fine.
@Mytical: I think we'll put the game on hold until we sort out everyone elses' characters.
