Gootch already suggested that
And if I ever get the chance, I will. But first I'm going to finish it with 30 instead of 60.

It seems some website has done similar tests, but based on weeks production i.e. 4 phoneix instead of 2, and in smaller scale. Then conflux nearly beat everything except castle ! Forget where and too lazy to check....
I've also tried battlemaps in h3trio (or portal of mm ??), I got no problem in defeating fortress. I beat it with castle, tower, inferno, necro and conflux without too many difficulties. I got beaten when my opponent is dungeon and castle. Well, I just have one comment:
Skill of players determine the outcome !

Don't think, 30 Phoenixe will make a Difference. Lvl 4-6 Units rule here and Conflux Lvl4 and 5 suck completly.
Low Dam, low Speed, less than average HP.
If played by humans without Spells/Skills(Skill: Heroes3 Mastered), Tower should rule. Great Troops and can force any other Army to come on their side. Then Castle, maybe Dungeon.

hmmm...
im not sure how on earth it is possible to test this...
considering that with that many different troops and that many different stacks, there are infinitely possible fights with different results...
Think about it. in one fight, all stacks might gang up on Ancient Behemoths, and then take on the rest of the armies. They win that fight. Another fight, they take on each stack individually. They lose that fight.
With so many possibilities, there is no way to see who would win.
The only way i could think of, is to have seperate fights... for instance, two heroes fight, each has only the Level 7 creatures, then two other heroes fight, each has only Level 6, etc.
Then, when all those fights are over, its the remaining L7's who won vs. the next strongest level of the other castle that won. which might be L6's or L5. etc.
But this business about having them all fight at once, theres no way to be able to tell.
But if there was a way to tell, my bet would be with necropolis simply because thats a snowload of vampire lords.
