The astrology skills are awesome!
everything else looks good too, but the last unit... Hippogriff chosen...? Hippogriff Brave? Sounds wrong..
How bout Chosen Hippogriff, Vanguard Hippogriff and Brave Hippogriff instead? Sounds much better imo.

Agreed about the names.
The Astrology skill is really interesting - I think perhaps that a one-time-per-game option is a bit too narrow somehow? Dunno, but at least the option to change it later would be nice - I mean, most of the racial skills are pretty dynamic (i.e. you change them / improve them / use them entire game) whereas this seems very static. Don't know how to implement it completely, but it's something to contemplate.

Demon Lord / Runemage / Barbarian are pretty static with their skills, although it is something that crossed my mind. I'll consider it and see if anything good comes to mind to make a little more dynamic.

Yeah, but these clasees use their skill all the time - although of course you could say, you will use it, as you benefit from the increased regular skill effect.

How about this:
I'll expand the "Temporal Juxtapose" ability and make a version of it available for Pyramid units as well. This ability would become active for the hero's units once the hero enables the 1st Circle of Destiny:
Temporal Juxtapose may also be used by Pyramid units at the beginning of combat in a special preliminary round called ‘Juxtaposition’, that occurs directly after the Tactical round. Each unit may take 25% of either their defense or attack away and add it to the other statistic.

And instead of making the "Epiphany" ability in the 2nd Circle of Destiny permanent, I could make it so a hero chooses a skill to increase in mastery at the beginning of each combat, which they would choose during the preliminary "Juxtaposition" round as well:
Epiphany: At the beginning of combat during the “Juxtaposition” round, the hero may select one of their skills and achieve an additional mastery in it. Yada yada yada...
