[MOD ToTE] Skills For All
Hello  again.
If you are borred by same strategies and skills that you take, you want to play with different but working startegie. If yes this mod is for you.
This mod changes skill system by adding universal skills that some factions have and others don't. For more details and what is changed and how look in this thread.
Changes in: skill.xdb
For: ToTe 3.1
And it really works
I have made two mods:
Skills For All
And
Skill For All + Herald. This mod has also included this mod Moved Herald of Death
If someone knows the creators of the skillwheel or how to edit it please let me know.
I am open for your opnions suggestions, because i know that with some prerequisites you will not agree
And for other have fun playing.
It seems that Rangers Warlock Luck doesn't work with Imubed Arrow/Multi Shoot or Stunning Blow so giving it to them isn't so bad after all
