What are some good old school games?
What are some good genesis, snes etc games? Or maybe really old ones on the PC. I used to play Wizardry 1 I think, Bane. Anyways, I'm looking for some decent games to acquire without spending much and I cant get daggerfall to work on my PC darnit lol.

I'm not looking to reminisce about super Mario brothers and tetris, I'm looking for new suggestions I missed out on in the past like some good futuristic RPGs or anything to do with stat based games.
New suggestions for old games that are good today please.

No, you have it in Fable 2 - not Fable 1.
Fable 2 was released this week (in Europe, probably US too I think).

Old school huh? Diablo, Wizardry (there are several of these). Eye of the Beyholder. Pool of Radiance. Hmmm..I know there are dozen more I played, but it's been SOOO long...
For Nes..Final Fantasy? (Forget if it was on NES). Ikari Warriors? Hard to rememeber what all was around when the Nes and super NES was around.

Just beat Fable 2 last night (...ok, 4 a.m.). It was excellant.
Old Skool- Shining Force series, Phantasy Star series, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Secret of Evermore, Super Metroid, etc, etc.
