actually it seems very strong for a level 6, especially with a growth of 3.
and I think it looks both cool and weird. I like the fact it has no face, but maybe it would look better with arms?
or using any random effect which will show that it has invisible hands?

I know for the hands. At the begin, I wanted to recoulour the skin and this for appear like a bit etheral. But I can't do it... Maybe glow on the hands to hide holes ?

I find your Spirit Elemental is really nicer than Radar's Academy to Conflux one.
He should ask you to be able to use.

Conflux faction's 5th element
« Psychic Elemental » = HeroesIII
« Astral Spirit » = Yours. 
Now, I learn you this:
« Psychic Elemental » (HeroesIII) in French done « Elémentaire d'Esprit »
and
TSoD has named his creature in French « Elémentaire d'Esprit »
Now, if your Conflux dosen't have a 5th element, I ask myself why you named it Conflux.

oohh.. I give just my opinion as well...
like why not I can't wait to see a dungeon faction with giants ...
or ..since how much time Conflux is Ashan...or the master base of conflux are elements so it's normal they have the 5th element etc etc...
or... just I find this creature is really nicer than one of Radar's Academy to Conflux in particular....

simonak : I could be wrong, but I think spirit elemental and mind/psychic elemental aren't the same thing.
a spirit is a kind of ghost or something like that, nothing to do with the mind I think.
and the astral spirit isn't an elemental, it's a spirit
