looking for mod - peripheral campaign heroes

in campaign mode (homm5 1.6) is there a mod that allows one to level the peripheral non-story-related heroes (hired in taverns) in the same manner as the main hero, keeping (at least) their level/skill/abilities?

I ask because I thought it would be fun to specialize them but I don't see the point if the main, transferring characters will always be strongest.

if there's not a mod and it's not possible I guess I will look into strategies for use of peripheral heroes, if there is any (link if you want)

I can't get it... you want to keep your skills and abilities after game and later use the leveled hero?

I'm afraid this sort of mod is mostly impossible, since any heroes carrying over usually have to be placed somewhere at the start of each map, as far as I remember.

I wanted the tavern heroes in mission 2 to keep the Xp and so on they earned in mission 1.

yes I realize now it would be much easier if:

I made mods of the tavern heroes, changing their basic stats, and I updated these or switched them with updated ones, at the end of each mission. (so that they could have the same total amount of -stat- points, as the main hero).

so really what I want to know now is, how do I make little interchangable mods for the stats of the heroes i want to mod? can I do that rather than going into the larger files at the end of each mission... I think so since I d/l'd a mod kind of like that.

also is there a cheat or a mod that allows you to add XP to a hero whenever you want (like say, after hiring them in the tavern).

thanks guys

for my share, I'm creating a mod to put attack, defence, spellpower and knowledge to 0 for each heroes

because i have too fun to begin my heroes as "level 0" ...anyway with rpg stats of each faction,
they can evoluate in their race way even.

I dont think its possible to transfert evolution of a non-campain heroe in the next steps.

but you can notice its stats at the end of a current step
and create a mod by putting them in its advmapheroeshared file in mapobjects folder.

like i will do with my "level 0" starting heroes mod.

but it is not say that this particular heroe will be in tavern in the first week
