You don't get evil points for killing people, you will only loose good points for killing three times in a row, but then you have to get some good points first And last battle was a friendly fight (I call all my HCMs that apply to this thread for "Carnage" because this game is called "HC Carnage")

but how do you get below zero then?
you start with neutral.. when you kill 3 times in a row you get 1 evil point.. ?

No, you can only get evil points by posting "evil" post somewhere else in this forum. The same applies for "good" posts. Killing will only reduce amount of good points, not add any evil points. And mercying will only reduce evil points, not add good points

The all battles you won were friendly fights. And you won't get EP by killing only 1 man. You need to have "neutral" status and kill 5 times in a row, then you'll get EP. Also EP can be applied for evil threads or posts.

Congrats to Evasion the victor. And I have to even say Eugen was a little lucky in this fight, but his points spent on Magic resistance when the enemy didn't have one destructive spell kinda didn't leave him with any chance.

Oh sorry about that Spellpower and Magic Resistance rule, forgot about it. 
As for retaliations, I had no clue agility doesn't work, it doesn't say anywhere, or I've missed it.
