Best video scout HC Competition
ok so heres the summary. Any HC member can scout out up to 3 videos from any internet source. After 12 days everyone can vote. (please see the following rules so that your entries and votes will count and not violate COC or anything.
RULES:
1: Video must have a valid URL by the deadline of 12 days from now.
2: It is suggested -everyone see this- that you use a known video host website. Everyone make sure you read the links target so you dont end up in a malicious site. Video poster keep in mind an unpopular site may not get attention, so try to find the same vid on a well known site.
3: Video scouts can vote if they want, however, you can only vote for one of your videos (not all 3)
4: Everyone can vote 3 times, one of the votes give two points, the remaining 2 votes give only 1 point.
5: When you vote express how many points each vote is worth.
6: Keep all entries, both scouted videos and also votes organized; in as few posts as possible. If you want to update your entries let us know by both re-entering your scouted videos and updating your original entries.
7: No voting until 10 days from now.
8: There is no length of video requirements, however a good average in my opinion is 2 minutes.
9: Read the HC COC before posting, you will learn if you didn't know already ie: do not post x rated vids, unfortunately 
10: You dont have to vote 3 times, but it would be nice.
11:NEW RULE if we dont get 5 participants its up to yall if the contest goes on.
Ideas on how to select videos for your vote
You the rater, casting your votes, set your own criteria, but here are some ideas if you would like some guidance.
A: Did the video make you feel like you want to see more from the source? Author? similar categories?
B: Was the video original and artistic?
C: If the video wasn't original do you think it was a good addition to the net, and not a waste of space? not exactly a complete rip off of its originals?
misc:
All updates to these rules and regulations will be edited in this post, and perhaps I will make a new post indicating an update. They will be easily identifiable as updates, if updates are even going to be required.
DO not feel confined to 'posting' only 3 vids. You can only enter 3 videos however if you feel you cant decided and you have to share your find with all of HC that's reading, well, decide which you enter, then say something like "BTW this one was cool too"
I will provide entries, the same rules apply to me. I can vote only on one of my videos if I choose to vote on any of mine.

uh, any vids go? Of course there are the rules like COC we have to abide by though.

well, this isnt final but I want to put these vids on my list of potentials..
But, I have a question, I cant see in FAQ anywhere where we cant link to a video that has a lot of f'words and stuff in it. The question is obviously, can we?
decent song for the situation, an adult squirrel tries to help a baby squirrel to jump up a wall but it requires the help of humans
ok this one is from the branch of collegehumor its a series where college kids make office videos I hope it inspires someone to check out some of their other vids lol.
edit, well, im going through video after video. Scaring kids, pranks, fake news reports, I'm working on this.
I guess I have to do a NEW RULE because my contests dont take off sometimes here, so like, if we dont get 5 participants it was all for fun, well, its all for fun anyways, but I figure its no fun 2 people voting on eachothers vids lol.
