Here are some facts.
You go out in sunshine  you get a tan.
GL is white he has not gone outside to shunshine.
Conclusion=Get out!
If Finns can get a tan then Poles can sure too.

Did you know that the ultra violets from the Sun shorten your life span? White people, that don't go out much actually live longer. And I'm serious, at least that's what I read in a magazine. "Reader's Digest" if you want to know.
