they call me.. Celfiousr Severn.. Some of which comes from an Ouija board, some from my real name, one letter from favorite lead singer, and one letter that I cannot explain even to myself!!!
anyways, I said I would play so I have to now unless I check out screen shots and it looks unappeasing for whatever reason (dont care if it is 2 bit text based so graphics wont sway me) I wont actually play..
But, there is one important question I have (still yet I will play no matter the answer), and I think I know the answer because I dont see any of you saying you're working as a team or in the same clan..
Before I register is there anyway I can select areas near fellow comrades?? =]

You need an hospital in your region in order to do that, and your region doesn't seem to have any. Mazovia has one, if you can afford to go there:

I initially thought the map was automatically updated, but it turns out it isn't. I wouldn't have noticed the final obliteration of Germany if not for the newspapers.
Oh well.
EDIT: I think I'll just save up and move to Brandenburg, seeing how they have a fancy five-star hospital.

Also, most games with experience levels have the growth slow down after a while, so a newer player will usually eventually catch up.
