I don't like that. It seems that you can both cripple an enemy and make him unstable in the same action. Besides, how are the gnomes supposed to get to enemies' machines in the middle of battle? Maybe remove the "looses" part.

Hehe that was on purpose.  Gnomes are kinda notorious when it comes to 'tinkering' with machines.  50 attack is not much in the scheme of things (especially machines which will have more attack then most of the rest of the creatures), it is the Unstable that is the big thing.  Don't forget the 'gnomes' are themselves 'unstable' and could self destruct at any time.

Unstable - Cumulative 10% chance that creature will 'selfdestruct' and be removed from play.  Gnomes often go into battle carrying some dangerous and unstable devices that are as dangerous to themselves as their enemy.

This both explains Unstable AND is part of the card (so they themselves are Unstable.)

Edit : It is because of the things they carry on them that they are 'unstable'.

Alright... although something still feels wrong for me. I think that's because usually when a card can affect either a friend or a foe, the effect is almost the same just opposite. And here the negative effects are stronger then the positive.

The flavor text is great, I just think that you should lose the -50 attack and instead make them to improve the attack only (to either friend or foe) while adding the unstable ability. After all, they're gnomes, not gremlins.

Hmm been kicking something around in my head, want some input.  Thinking about a fifth type - Domina.  Something like artifacts in MTG would use 'generic' resources.  The way I figure it something would have to have brought the other 4 together.  They would be 'rare' at best but have : Creatures, traps, spells, upgrades and the like as well.  Now the question is 'generic' resources or at least one resource of each color MINIMUM.  Or not a good idea at all?

Well, that all depends on what you want to do with them. Generic cost means it's something everyone can use, e.g. everyone can build simple fortifications because they require no knowledge/skills of a certain race.

Using all types of costs is just the opposite - it's something that requires all the races' expertise... I don't even know what that can be at the moment, but I think you get the idea.

Anyhow, while I work on that, here are some Etheral Creatures.  Here soon will be some spell, trap, and upgrade cards .

Etheral Creatures.
Shade - 2 Crystal - Unblockable, First Strike, Etheral.   With their ability to blend in, they can slip past creatures unnoticed.  When they are forced into combat they always suprise their enemies Attack - 200 Hitpoints- 150

Shadow - (2) 2 Crystal - Mimic *, Unblockabl, Etheral.  Mimic - Once per turn a shadow can become a weaker version of any creature on the field.  Assumes all abilities of the creature it copies.  If no other creature is on the field when summoned shadow leaves play. Attack and Hitpoint = creature it mimics - 50.

Lol typical, sometimes I have a hard time finishing what I start.  Combination of Shiny Things Syndrome, and fatigue.  So..time for some Spell Cards.  (Note : These are not Upgrade cards)

Machine
Air Strike - 3 Research - All enemy creatures take 50 damage and lose 50 attack until end of turn.

Stealth Feild - (1) 2 Research - Target any 2 creatures.  Those creatures become unblockable until end of turn.

Human
Will to Survive - 2 food - Target creature can not be destroyed in battle until its controllers next turn.

Desperation - 2 food - Target Creature can launch a second attack OR defend against a second attacker. If it is destroyed in the first attack or by the first attacker this spell has no effect.

Magic
Force Missile - 2 mana - Target creature can not defend this turn and takes 25 damage.

Channel Energy - (0*) - Can be used as an instant.  Target one of your creatures about to go into a graveyard.  Remove it from game and add the exact ammount of resources used to bring it into play to your resource pool.  *-Channel Energy is played without cost.

Etheral
Mistform - 2 Crystal -Target creature gains Etheral until end of turn.

Unveil - 2 Crystal - Target creature looses Etheral until end of turn.
