Favorite Superweapon
In the War to End All Wars, tanks are cheap, guns are cheaper, and men are a dime a dozen, but they'll only take you so far. When the snow really starts to fall, you need a Superweapon.
Why stick with an ordinary Nuclear Bomb? It's easy to cause mass destruction! Equip your pendant of charisma and tell us a tale of Technological Terror!

Airborne mutations of rabies, like those found in [REC] and 28 days later seems like a solid plan. Will need a lot of research though...
Or a sort of particle accelerator that would... Create abnormalities in our current physics which would... Result in a series of black holes. I will call this device the large hadron collider and...

The Earth's gravity is too small to keep fusing hydrogen for a long time. It will be a brief "Sun" 
Ignoring magical "force fields" for the time being, a specially designed aircraft with twin rotary motors (to fly) invulnerable would be a killing machine. Advantages over ordinary choppers:
1) Twin rotary motors (smaller, side-by-side) are protected by shells, also can be rotated to provide thrust in any direction very fast. Like almost instantly providing 90 degree force (of course depending on actual velocity it may take a while to change direction).
2) The best characteristic: uses special nanomaterials that absorb any kind of energy and use it to charge its battery; whether that is weak sunlight or an explosion. Turn the enemy's weapon to your advantage huh?
3) Tough explosions may be too much for the nanomaterials so that's why it has several layers of protective nanobots that will rebuild the material and themselves (if damaged) very fast (but require huge energy, fortunately such an explosion will provide A LOT of energy to charge the battery).
4) unmanned. artificial intelligence controlled. True definition of "killing machine"
Now I only focused on the defensive potential, making it almost indestructible (except probably nuke epicenters as they provide too much heat and will destroy the nanobots too fast and overcharge the battery).
You can load it up, because of 4, you can guarantee that if enough enemies are within range and it takes 1 shot to kill them, a simple powered machine gun with 6000RPM will guarantee you 6000 killings in a minute.
It can also be equipped with a jet in cases of long distance travel or even laser propulsion if it's gonna get in space. Yes the latter wastes tons of energy but with it's interactive energy supply from the surroundings it keeps charging its battery. (unless it goes into deep space where the Sun isn't shining that much)

Imagine the psychological factor to see this thing hunt in the air with you, not even with a rocket launcher or SAM batteries, being able to stop it, and it keeps massacring people.

Many a time have I enjoyed firing an Ion Cannon. It's especially gratifying when you use it to quash a single lone infantry that's pestering your harvesters. DIE, SNOW-FACE!!!!!!!!!eleven!!!!
But my favourite super weapon combo from C&C Yuri's Revenge:
You play as the Libyans. Build 9 demolition trucks.
Build both the Iron Curtain and the Nuke and wait for them to be ready.
Arrange your demolition trucks into a 3x3 grid and Iron Curtain them.
Send them into the enemy base. Arrange them so that there's a truck adjacent to every interesting building. (They can't detonate themselves when they're indestructible.)
Fire your Nuke. Time it so that the Nuke lands at the exact moment that the Iron Curtain wears off.
The nuke will set off the demolition trucks, resulting in a chain-reaction super-explosion that will level every building on the screen.
C-C-C-C-Comboooooo!

I was thinking more along the lines of. Earthquake cannons and Missile storms. Generating black holes wherever the hell you want.
using ion cannons... Plus tiberium. Its just satisfying to see something that normally would've leveled a neighborhood level a country instead.
Just imagine. your foes are having a conference halfway around the world when the ground cracks underneath them and they are consumed by a fissure.

I have to say that I love the Ion Cannon thing from C&C.
And also the Implosion spell in H5 if it counts. The effect would look so cool in a movie, but it would a thousand times larger and creare a Black hole.
