Horrible things like that happen all the time in Southeast Asia. Rich Americans and Europeans travel to Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, the Philippines, etc in droves to prey on children. And that money pays corrupt government officials to turn the other way. It's gross, and far more insidious. Needless to say I still have no sympathy for this guy, he may only have enslaved one (or maybe two?) people, but the people responsible for human trafficking are much more evil. They should all fry. Even worse are the traffickers who capture people and import them into America to be sex slaves for rich scofflaws.
Ever seen the movie Human Trafficking? It's actually worse than that.
I know in the case of Cambodia it's a result of Pol Pot coming to power and killing anybody who didn't have the ability to pretend to be uneducated, which is a result of American support for his Regime after it started fighting Vietnam and Chinese support from the start. A regime that came to power by taking advantage of the American bombing of rural villages. That doesn't excuse people, but nearly anybody who could have rebuilt schools and infrastructure properly was killed. The only people left are corrupt officials and uneducated peasantry. =(
Back to the topic. I can't abide any sort of sexual slavery considering the depravity that I've researched and also heard from family accounts. Also, are good people who do nothing always good people?

amazing how far people can go for money. some people must have bills instead of a heart.
moreover, the guy who uses a sex slave may just be insane, but the traffickers, I guess they know exactly what they are doing.
