Ok Sunday maybe, add me to msn you haven't yet mamgaeater I won't send spam to you or something like that.
As for the tavern I told you where you are, you have to find one. You can't get inside the city though. Also you can perfectly interact between yourseflves on the grass. What, are you afraid a ant might bite your ***? 
And by Torm plz tell me: can we have our first battle this sunday 10:00AM forum time? When not in combat you can post on different times, no problem.

No, but I would find it strange for my character to just suddenly join up with a strange group of strangers. Cause right now no one knows each other character, and I would not have joined a complete random group of adventureres without knowing atleast something about them.

Well I already provided the info: you were on Arabel travelling and, after finding the reward post and meeting other adventurers in a tavern you decided to join and attempt to finish the quest first, before other adventurers do so. That's brief because you are all lvl 1 so your previous story is what you wrote on your backgrounds, most of you are eager to get to adventuring and get a taste of what life has to offer. We start-off with 5 already not 1 finding the others, that would require like 5 different adventures in one for each character. This is a game to be played by a group.
Anyways I've changed it so now you guys start on a tavern on the beginning wqith pretty much free action, if you are going somewhere just do so like on red text: "I'm going near that lonely girl there and ..." tell me where you are going just tell me who you are talking to and what you are saying or to other players you find. Interaction is necessary to form the group now.
Edit: So lucky_dwarf, were you able to get the MSN program I suggested to chat with us?

No, the thing about insight check was a joke and wether you hear it or not is a matter or perception.

This tavern is just to get yourselves aquainted with each other and start the adventure.

Yes because in the future you are going to have to follow rules, saying "no I don't need to do that" won't work.
So just talk to each other, it's simple. You already know who is a peasant and who is a companion. If you don't feel like roleplaying ok but just a little line of dialogue asking "Let's join up to go to Dhedluk?" or "can I join your team?" won't hurt.

That's great. Uhmm it would be good if it could be a little bit later on a sunday. Probably on a Friday or next weekend unless the rest of you have flexible time too?
Last time we played at forum time 10:00 AM, on a sunday.
What about next Friday 5 PM forum time?
