Ok, and Narxas' powers/abilities? Keeping it in the mid power range that is. GEIST can go live on Rutopia  . They probably would like him there.

Powers: Forcefield manipulation, forcefield levitation, forcefield maximum velocity
Other Info: yellow eyes, brown hair, relatively strong, expert with the rapier (not very deadly alone, but with maximum velocity, is unusually powerful), expert marksman (specialized with laser and plasma guns), very fast (especially with maximum velocity), and is very calm, but ice cold. Now he has a sarcastic sense of humor! 
Weaknesses:teleporters make him disoriented, and is very allergic to cats (hehe)

Age: 26
Species: Human
Height: 5'11
Weight: 180
Powers: none, poor guy.
Other Info: Is an expert marksman, techy, engineer, survivalist, and mutant hunter. He's like Troy, but without the sword specializations and Observer fanaticism.
Weaknesses: Only human.

I'll start with 7 until I hear from Kip.
Winter (Real name: Rebecca Ann Winters)- Female, Age 17. Light blue/white hair and eyes. Will be assigned to Kaiser when training is complete. While buried in an avalanche her mutant gene emerged from it's dormant state. Her parents were killed by same Avalanche. She is a bit of a troubled youth, always lashing out at people.
Powers - think of 'IceMan' and there you have it. Only she can also create blizzards in the same manner Storm could. Can manipulate other's ice powers as well. Which is why she isn't being assigned to Baal.
Weakness - Suprisingly it is not heat or fire.. She has an unnatural fear of heights, and is unable to do anything if it triggers.
Hunter (Mercurian - Real name unknown) - Unnatural ability to track anything/Anybody. Has no other powers, but compensates with a variety of gadgets specifically made for him. Male : Age 22. Green (natural) Hair, Autumn Eyes (Changes colors). Will be assigned to Baal.
Powers - Mercurians are naturally decent hunters, but he is the best of their best. Teleportation, Stealth..nothing can shake him from his tracking..not even space travel. Uses specially designed arrows that have a wide variety of uses, as well as special nets, snares, and such to trap his prey.
Weakness - Well he is only a normal Mercurian besides his hunting ability, so has a lot of weaknesses.
Amp (Saturian - Real name and sex unkown (for now)) - Amp was given their power by their mother, a powerful magic user (mutant of course) to boost the mothers own power. A spell went awry, disentigrating the mother and horribly scarring Amp. So now they wear a beautiful golden mask and a cape/hood. (Will get along really well with Masq ). So far all efforts (even by mutants) have failed to cure Amp (even with amplification) because the damage is magical and not many mutants have magic. Amp can not affect skills or natural abilities just mutant abilities. Will be assigned to Prism.
Power - Can amplify abilites of others.
Weakness - Since Amp can only amplify powers of others, Amp is effectively just a normal Saturian. While that means amp is a 'super person' compaired to humans..they can be killed.
Spark - Real name Mathew Dumont (human) Age 23. Yellow hair, yellow eyes. Believes self to be a 'lady killer'. Cocky, arrogent, and not much for taking orders. Grew up rich, father and mother are considered the 10th richest people in the Federation (combined). Has what is considered 'rockstar good looks'. Used to getting everything his way. Will be assigned to Jorn.
Power - Electrical energy manipulation/creation. If you ever watched the show Misfits of science..he is Johnny B. .
Weakness : Well water (duh)..and his arrogence.

They will be training, and no..Hunter does not do stealth or Teleportation, stealth and teleportation just will not throw him off of his tracking.

Technically I have 3 chars, but Angel and Cherubael can be counted as one.
Cherubael's new ability- angel form. Cherubael may now shift into angel when entering the material realm. He loses his immense strenght, but gains the ability to fly, and is more agile.

It's all good, besides maybe Spark these guys are deffinately class 'c' heroes (with the players having class 'b' powers). Spark can be classified as mid-high level power..but throw water on him and well...lol.
Masq is technically a class A..cause she can have anybody's abilities. She is mostly a pasifist however, and doesn't really like fighting if it can be avoided.
Ok, since it is Varjo, he will be assigned one that is already around but is still considered in training. Mystic. Which we all know so far.
Janeal - Uranian Age unknown. Female. Unlike most of the race..she is stuck in humanoid form. This has caused her all sorts of problems, as she can not 'meld' with her own people. Worse (in her eyes) her beautiful ice has become flesh. She is considered an outcast to most Uranians. She does still have a lovely shade of blue in her hair and eyes and skin however (very light blue). Will be assigned to Avon
Powers - Shrink/Growth. She can become as small as a grain of sand or 100' tall. Her skin toughness does not decrease from normal when shrinking, but it does increase when growing. Strength etc the same. When she is at max height she is pretty tough.
Weakness - Insecurity, and the fact that when she is small..all it would take is for somebody to step on her.
Blex - Unknown species, unknown age, Unknown Sex. Looks like a 5' tall blue hairball. It doesn't walk, it rolls to get where it is going. Will be assigned to Narxas
Powers - Can give random mutant powers to non-mutants (only)..and is immune to cold/ice. Each time the power given is random, and lasts a random ammount of time.
Weakness - Doesn't handle heat well. Has no other powers.
Silk - Sex Female, Oriental human (dark hair/dark eyes) Age :23. She is actually from the past sent here by complete accident..and getting to know about everything. Coming from a time when females followed males at least one step behind, and were obedient..it is a lot to take in. Will be assigned to Angel.
Powers - The power to create, manipulate, and strengthen Silk. She can use it quiet effectively also. She can make the silk stronger then steel, and yet it still is as flexible as ever.
Weakness - If her guard is down, she is easy pickings. Though her power nears the 'A' level of power as she can use the silk she creates as a shield, while still attacking whoever. Also, right now she obeys a man if told to do something (within reason and out of reflex), and is very shy and withdrawn.
Mute - Sex Unknown, Race Unknown, Age Unkown. One of those secrete government expiriments gone horribly horribly wrong. They took a mutant and tried to splice several mutant DNA's together with it..and it .. sort of worked. Mute has little or no conscious, and is more machine then person right now. Will be assigned to Alex.
Powers - Cyborg (enhanced senses, strength, speed and somewhat resistant to mental powers), never makes a sound and always floats about 3" off the ground (Levitation, but can never actually force themselves to the ground..their body would shatter before touching the ground if put under enormous gravitational forces to try to get them to touch said ground). Can negate all noise in an area completely.
Weakness - Unknown at this time, but there are many..
Ok, these new NPCs come with a special provision. Unlike normal NPC's if they are not the ones assigned to YOUR characters, you can't use them without the person who is assigned to them's permission. So for instance..Jorn can't include Mute in his post unless Kip says he can.

Yep, a blue hairball would fit Blex as a description. John Armstrong called Blex's father a 'Blue Hairy <censored>' at one time . Something like a Critter (From the movie Critters) except furry instead of porcupine like.

Yep, the only one who won't say much is Mute (but Mute CAN talk). It speaks perfect Common as well as about 20 other languages.

Janeal has .. issues. She is nice enough, and all, but she is so caught up in what the mutation did to her..that it is an obsession. Also her powers happen to activate if startled..so she might randomly grow or shrink if somebody scares her (even accidently). Other wise she is attentive and listens well, but a bit..chatty.
Blex is a no nonsense thing. Says just about enough to get it's point accross, has a military bearing, and is very even tempered. Not excitable in the least. Very curious also, sometimes to the point of getting itself into trouble. Like examining wires and ending up shocking itself. Takes orders very well.
