How do you accept losses?
I know few of you almost never lose, so it's not a problem but for the majority of us losing a game is sth that happens now and then.
So, tell me, how do you behave when you lose? Do you immediately start a nw game, trying to forget you lost? or maybe wait for some time before you go with another? Do you feel sad and drop in a bad mood or you just don't give a rat's ***?
It's interesting to see how people react to the different situations. It is also interesting to see how newbies and advanced players react.
And last, is it a matter of honor to be a good loser?

Well everybody that play a game wants to win (exlc. those who loose for a different goal .. like kids and stuff).
Somebody that tells u otherwise is just a lier.
There is however a difference in reaction.
Some people I know can be 'sick'of it for a week or so .. and other people just don't seem to give it a second thought.
I am of course some-one that wants to win .. but if I loose I'm a good sport and congratulate the winner.
And I will play again just as soon then if had I not lost the game!

I have 8 losts on ToH, and no wins, but still I'll play when I can.
I, of course, want to win, but I also want to have fun while playing... so I don't care so much about loosing (though it's better to add points to your ToH account than remove 'em )

I despise losing, which is why I don't go on ToH sprees. I am a conservative-style player, only willing to attack if I'm fairly sure I'll win. Mind you, I can use scouts and am not afraid to use them properly as completely expendable units solely to uncover a map.
However, I do not like to admit being outclassed. Outplayed is one thing, as from one player of similar ability to another. However, finding someone in my territory of HG3 month 2 week 1 as I'm developing my second town with 12+ stats all the way around...I consider disconnecting.
Screw getting more efficient with a game, I want to win!

Trust me, im one of these people that really hates to lose. I can be angry for hours(even days) if we loses a football (soccer) game that we should have won.
But when it comes to heroes i dont care much, i dont think i ever have gotten angry after a heroes game. I play this for fun and heroes can be really really fun even if u get slaughterd. I can be alittle upset sometimes if i make some really stupid moves that costs me lots of units in battle or that im chaining troops and remove all units from main by mistake and then send him into battle, but thats just for the moment two mins later i dun care much.
You have to remember to take heroes for what it is - a game. Football on the other hand, thats a matter of life and death

Losing sucks but I also like a good game.
For example if I play someone & I lose fair & square or if I made some mistakes & know I will lose I tqke it very well.
If I know I should of won but I was caught slipping, I get mad mostly at my self & I hate it but I learn from my mistakes most of thr time.
I mean if someone wins they should be congratulated, I mean it would not be fair to the winner if you are a bad sport about it.

When I Lose A Game
When I lose a game I usually just let it go.
However there are many times when I lose that I am so angry and enraged that I have to do some jump-rope. If it's too cold outside to jump-rope then I use the mini-trampoline in the house.
In both of these exercises, I do them until I'm too exhausted to be angry anymore. I don't keep count or anything like that. I simply go to the point of complete exhaustion.
I have found that my mind will lose focus on staying angry/frustrated if my body is being pushed to the extreme.
There are other times when I have learned something from the loss. When I learn something from the loss I immediately practice the technique, I learned, after the game.
A little education can increase one's chances for a successful victory. And that may lead to less frustration with a little more confidence in your stride. Either way, I think I have a healthy outlook on winning and losing.

I resort to physical violence.
First I polish my flamethrower till it sparkles, then I go out into the streets and just let loose.
The sight of little girls and old men running around screaming in fear and pain, trying to put the fire out makes me feel better.
