After reading few dislikes about your gog I made a different design which we can make animations for. Hope you like it:

when kivo finish his units, i will release a pre-pre-pre beta version with some changes that doesn't appear in the last video, obviously the mod is far to be finish but worst is nothing.. not?

Okay here is a Breeder, Gog and Imp in a homm2 style. Breeder probably wont be in-game, but Gog and Imp should if mister_kalu would like me to do animations for them in the future.

Tell me what you think - would you like to see the Breeder in the mod? Some people on a polish forum said that it would fit perfectly and its nice to look at, but i would like to know the opinion from HC people

Your imp is a AA+. great look and work. The breeder is perfect as well. I would be for all of them to apear in the mods inferno lineup

Breeder looks very good, but at first you have this feeling, that it's some kind of a weird tree... maybe you could make it a little darker?

Do you used the ghoul from "Dungeons & Dragons" (arcade)?
It's really good, great adaptation!
I have more creatures from Dungeon&Dragons (arcade) ripped, if you guys want. Manticore, Chimera, Gnolls, Hellhound...
By the way, I'm editing some Heroes 2 sprites, making an angel. Tell me what you think.

It's a nice edit, but one of the things I ran into that was a real problem for me (I'm OCD, so this annoys me immensely being something I'd have to do) is that none of the stock creatures look like each other in Heroes II, in terms of their base. They all look as though they were done from scratch... and it's quite clear that your Angel is the combination of the Druid, Griffin and Paladin. I had this problem too.
I tried so many variations of creatures to create new ones that don't look like a rehash of old ones, but to no avail. What I like about Melindar is that all of his creatures look original, but very true to the Heroes II style.
