"I would never welcome this kind of development as we might now be trapped in some kind of hideout for a group of bandits or a dragon or some wilds animals. Hopefully it is wild animals. I do however suggest we keep these mushrooms here as a plan B in case we would need to teleport out of here." Mark ranted before carefully starting to walk down the only path open to them.

The group proceeds into the mist, Jack taking unusually large steps. From time to time they see more of the strange lights in the fog; Abbadon recognizes them as the same sort of creature that attacked him the night before. The group moves along without incident, however—at least for the time being—and eventually comes to a three-way fork in the cave. From the path to the left comes a sound like a dull roar, from the right, an odd musical chiming—from the center passage comes only a soft wind.

- Well, we seem to have a good analitical mind here. It would be a good decision to split up and cover more ground. However we don't have any way to maintain communication between the groups, nor any source of light for that matter.

Mark turned to the green-skin who had just stated that the group had no way of communicating with each other "Since when do you communicate with other people while sneaking around to cover more ground!? You don't, the only way would have been to shout, which would also tell your enemies exactly where we are!" Mark shaked his head and whispered "Tch, amateurs and newbies."

Hmmm... despite his unimpressive appearance this one seems quite interesting. If he is what he says he is, he might prove a useful ally. thought Victor, In any case, I will not be Doom if I don't keep a closer look at him.
"Calm down now. This is not the place nor the time for petty bickering. Abaddon the Despoiler, was it? Why don't you accompany me to the left corridor? That roaring sound is quite intriguing."

Glenn was a little surprised when he realized there were a couple others who had joined the group. Though, they seemed well enough with the others. He figured they would be well enough for him too.
Though the idea of splitting up didn't feel right with him, Glenn decided it may be a bit more beneficial than staying together. He could, at the very least, take a break from a few select members. Plus, the music sounded nice.
"I will also go right."
Rikku was thinking about going left, since Victor was doing so, but it appeared as though no one wanted to go forward. It may as well be checked out too.
"I'll go down the center."

Getting the feeling that he could learn more about the goblin, Mark attempted to fire him up again so he would blurt out more information. "First and foremost, what the heck is the 'forces of chaor'? Secondly, unless you are a dragon or a mighty wizard like old greybeard Athos you can't possible live for ten thousand years, so which one is it? I guess it would be dragon as you mentioned 'the imperium of man'. And thirdly, what is Cadian? I thought you said you were from...from..." Mark stopped in mid-sentence as he realized that the golbin had not told them about what world he had come from. "Actually, when I think about it, 'what world do you come from?'"
Then it was only the matter of which road to chose. "I'll go down the center." Mark said.

- I don't think that this is the right time and place to share stories- Said Abaddon to the squat, Mark or whatever his name was. Abaddon was in luck. It seemed that no one in this group knew about him or his exploits. Heck the squat didn't even knew what Imperium of Man is. It seemed that the theories about paralel dimensions that ancient Terra's techpriests speculated to exist were real.
He then turned to the other gretchin. His weird eyes confused Abaddon very much.
- 4th? No.- he sighed.- that crusade is or was 13th.

“I’ll go right too,” says Brock. His expression goes slack and starry-eyed as he continues in a love-struck voice, “Pretty music might mean pretty girls…”
“I’ll just be tagging along with the two of you,” Jack says, edging away from Brock towards Mark and Rikku. Her expression looks disturbed, and under her breath she mutters, “And they call ol’ Jack Sparrow mad…”

The group splits off down all three passages.
((Dr. Doom, Abbadon, and Kamahl.))
Dr. Doom, Abbadon, and Kamahl set off along the left fork, which slopes gradually downwards. The mist gradually clears, and while they still see the occasional dancing light the apparitions steer clear of them. At last they come to a more open chamber. They find themselves at the top of a very steep hillside—almost a cliff—and here they discover the source of the roar.
A waterfall that spits sparks in addition to foam roars out of the hillside just below their feet, crashing into a pool below which feeds a stream which in turn feeds into a much calmer pool at the far end of the chamber. Bizarre plant life grows around the edges of the chamber, washing it in strange colors, and from the top of the cliff the trio spies perhaps a dozen pale figures standing in a patch of grass to the right of the stream, made more obvious by the contrast. The water is a bright red and the air here smells of alcohol. There are no other visible exits save the one the three of them came in.

The center passage stays mostly level, and Rikku, Mark and Jack pass out of the mist to find themselves in a similar chamber. They start out at ground level; the floor here is ordinary dirt except that it seems to be tinted pink. The chamber is mostly empty of vegetation, except for a very large and gnarled-looking tree at the center, from which dozens of decorative cages, small bird houses, bottles and other such containers hang. There are quite a few of the dancing-light-things floating around the tree, dancing in midair, wisping around the branches or pulsing steadily from within a cage or a bottle. The rest of the chamber seems unremarkable, except for a single exit on the opposite side that appears to fork further in.

The trio going down the right passage find themselves climbing steadily upward, and when they exit the mist it is at the entrance to a third chamber. This one appears to be a courtyard paved with multicolored stones; the light-things in this area are skipping themselves across them like stones across water, and it is this that produces the sounds. There are also a trio of archways set at right angles to each other in the center of the space, and a hedge of bushes around the outside of it. Another exit can be seen across the courtyard.
