I have a way to represent aliens in teh Federation. For every creature (except Android, Colvarian and Eradnid) you choose which race their units are. Like, if you want to make your trooper a Vredgatna or something it gets so and so attack but loses so nand so defence. Or you choose Berdces and it gets this much speed but cost this much more and stuff. It could be like a racial.

... in fact, it COULD be the racial...if. Else it would be too imba if only one faction could do that and had another racial too.

...I think IF implementing such a feature, and only for one faction, it should be the racial of the faction. It would else be unfair if only one faction has the chance to vary its units so much, but other factions would not have this chance.

Oh, I get that. We were thinking the same thing I guess. I also thought it could make a nice racial. Thought I put that in my post... Probaly didn`t

...okay, so federation (ground!) racial is
Diversity:
In a Town of teh Federation(!), heroe's of the Federation can assign their troops to be of certain alien races, sometimes changing their look, allways differing them somehow (except humans). Stacks of different races can't be put together.
In an army of a hero with diversity racial, there are restrictions on how many troops have which race.
Common Races have no limitation.
Uncommon Races may be 1/2/3 (B/A/E) times in one army (ANY uncommon race: so you can have at max 3 uncommon races in your army).
Rare Races may be 0/0/1 (B/A/E) times in one army (ANY rare race: so you can have at max 1 rare race in your army).

Units with race:
1-Trooper
2-Jetbike
3-Valor Guard
4-Agent

Common races (available with Basic Diversity) are:
-Human: no changes
-Syrric(Reptilean): Attack+,Ini-; Heat Adapted
-Horax(Humanoid, body covered with white fur, except of the blank head): +health, -attack; Cold Adapted
-Jobol(thick-yellow-skinned humanoids): physical damage reduced by 10%, Speed-; Dry Adapted.
-Lyrch(Amphibious race): +Speed,-Def; Wet Adapted

Uncommon Races (with Advanced Diversity):
-Szzrés: (tail ending with a stinger, 'T-Rex' head, tiny hands, purple exoskeleton covering their body): +Def, -Atk, 50% Paralyze
-Brilee' Ent: (gray skin, large brain) +Speed, -Ini, +Atk, Fanatic
-Pfok: (pinkish skin, one central eye): +Range (+Shooter for valor guard) -Speed, Dark Gaze
-
-

Rare Races:
-Pyrian
-Nietzschean(some nietzscheans believe the way their people have chose is wrong and the best thing to embetter themselves is being in the federation)
Somar(Half-ethereal race): +Speed, Incorporeal, -Atk
- Jopakk(beaver-like alien, rides a Wamp-Wamp, jetbike only) +Speed, +Ini, -HP, +Atk, Disobedience
-Örgen (two heads! (which argue with each other, most of the time ; not for jetpack!!!): +attack, + defense, -initiative, Technology Experts

Heat Adapted means the race is stronger in hot surroundings (desert, jungle, etc.), but weak in cold surroundings (snow, frost, taiga, etc.).
Cold Adapted means the race is stronger in cold surroundings (snow, frost, taiga, etc.), but weak in hot surroundings (desert, jungle, etc.).
Dry Adapted means the race is stronger in dry surroundings (desert, wastelands, rock, etc.), but weak in wet surroundings (shore, swamp, jungle, etc.).
Wet Adapted means the race is stronger in wet surroundings (shore, swamp, jungle, etc.), but weak in dry surroundings (desert, wastelands, rock, etc.).
50% Paralyze means on a melee attack, the target has a 50% to be paralyzed. Paralyzed targets can't act for 2 turns.
Fanatic means no matter how smart the creature may be, it takes a turn at the begining of to pray to it's god Nolig.
Dark Gaze means that on a ranged attack, the target has a 10% to get negetive moral.
Living Torch means this creature damages all nearby creatures, friend or foe, at the start of every round.
Disobedience means that sometimes the Wamp-Wamp refuses to move and they lose a turn.
Technology Expert means having this race in your army reduces the cost of ANY kind of  Activ Technological battle devices/abilities/etc. Also, any technological equipment can be placed on this stack for free.

Common races (with Basic Diversity):
- Human: no changes
- Syrric(Reptilean): Attack+,Ini-; Heat Adapted
- Horax(Humanoid, body covered with white fur, except of the blank head): +health, -attack; Cold Adapted
- Jobol(thick-yellow-skinned humanoids): physical damage reduced by 10%, Speed-; Dry Adapted.

Uncommon Races (with Advanced Diversity):

- Brilee' Ent (gray skin, large brain): +Speed, -Ini, +Atk, Fanatic
- Pfok: (pinkish skin, one central eye): +Range (+Shooter for valor guard) -Speed, Dark Gaze
- Doppelganger (appears as a flash of light): Doppelgang
- Nemshook (orange fur everywhere, no eyes, beast like): +Atk, +Speed, -Range, Berserker

Rare Races (with Expert Diversity):
- Pyrian: +Atk, +Speed, Living Torch (if Pyrian=Pyro)
- Nietzschean(some nietzscheans believe the way their people have chose is wrong and the best thing to embetter themselves is being in the federation):
- Somar(Half-ethereal race): +Speed, Incorporeal, -Atk
- Jopakk(beaver-like alien, rides a Wamp-Wamp, jetbike only) +Speed, +Ini, -HP, +Atk, Disobedience

Berserker means if this creature doesn't attack an enemy, there's a chance it will attack the closest friendly creature.
