I was under the impression that Leon was in a hole, ten meters deep. Not in a cell. His only way of escape is up. To where Kane and Vlad are. He has to be lifted up.
Conclusion=He can't be busted out.
SWAT teams do not use sirens on assault calls.
If sirens are heard Kane and Vlad have time to prepare. That means there'll be a lot of dead cops. They won't be able to sneak up on them.
The warehouse is soundproof.
Conclusion=Sirens wouldn't be used and they could not be heard.
Leon arrived at the mall when people were running in panic. The people who could have seen Leon fight are dead and buried now. Only Leon knows who they were.
Conclusion=Leon is lying.
Nice trick that tracking chip anyways. Had something to monitor his vitals so it sends the alarm when he's in trouble. Good idea.

Hey Berny, you really think they would've actually left the body armor on Leon  then they wouldn't be able to shoot him and have a good time. Only a fool would leave a hostage protected. And nah, no way they'd get in either, an alarm would be set off if anyone tried to enter. And yeah, the guy is in a 10 meter deep hole with meter thick steel walls, I'd like to see them enter through that !

No, not at all. Only thing is that she is greedy and well...somewhat loyal. That means: Xion inplanted nanobots that will kill her if she tries to reveal some of Xion's valueable information to somebody.

They haven't noticed S.P.E.C.I.A.L. yet. She could just slip away.
But Vlad seems to have things under control. Although one sniper in a good position is all it takes.
But I'm kinda interested in waht's going to happen. So I think I'll stick around for a while.
The SWAT came from bright day to a dark warehouse. I've got at least ten minutes till they can make me out from the shadows. Actually, if the lights are strong they never will. But no one has described the lights in there yet.

First off Berny has to edit his post, it's entirely wrong when considering the warehouse. Leon is in a pit, not a cell. There is no way they could have gotten even close without an alarm going off. The sirens would not be heard, etc...
The warehouse is only lit where people walk, motion-sensor light. Forgot to add, has to save electricity. But it would be really easy to hide among all the crates.

Climbed to over the lights. I assumed there are no roof windows. Then it is impossible to see someone over there because it is directly against the light.
Possible with IR but not with any other light seeing. That is good because you can't identify the person over there even if you do have IR.
Assumed she was already standing in a spot where the sensors don't react. She is a master thief afterall.

He did have a tracer on him. That would mean he is traceable even without the armour. But I'm not so sure about catching you guys unprepared.
