ok i figured out how to modd it and change the parameters.
so all i need to do is find the smaller images of the creatures. any suggestions?

They're in CPRSMALL.def, not CRPSMALL, just like Kreegan said before. Edit the *.def the same way as TWCRPORT.def

Yes thank you I found the appropriate file!
I'm trying to make the switch complete, and now I'm in the process of switching the appropriate dwellings of the azure and rust dragon. I tried following the instructions in the help screen, but I'm doing something wrong and I can't figure it out. The first thing is that the shadows are not appearing as shadows, they appear as pink shadows. The second problem I'm encountering is the Image displayed in the game seems to be on a 2x2 grid line and cuts off the images if it passes outside the 2x2 grid line frame. These images seem to fit on a 3x3 grid but I don't know how to enlarge the parameters to accommodate the graphic.

Ok I figured out how to fix the shadows, all that remains is making the grid larger for the image to fit in entirely.
any ideas?

There's full threads about it int this wog section of HC with links for tools you may want to create creatures and add them to the game.
And an advice MQL13! Change your avatar portrait, as the shield portraits are reserved for the forum moderators!
If you want a special portrait, have 50 posts (or so) and you could post an avatar that will be uploaded for you...

I apologize, but the site no longer exists.. Honestly, I did not have the time or will to maintain it anymore.
I do still have all the defs and credits on my PC, I may upload all the creatures as a big pack if people would like it.

People will really like it. More defs is more possible creatures and more heroes 3.
