Ok, first the sources have to be credible. Second, lets go over this again.
You say he is a Marxist because..
He has surrounded himself by Marxist. My friends, family, and people I hang around are Christian.
He studied Marxist texts. I have studied the bible.
He (according to some very .. sketchy links) has claimed to be a Marxist (and he might have been at one time, does not mean he still is). I have claimed to be a Christian (and I was at one time).
So again by your logic, I AM a christian. Also that would defeat your claim that no Christian can be a murderer. Because of the same logic you apply to the above. Ie ONCE something (IF this is even the case for Obama, which as I said just being around a certain type of people does NOT make you that) ALWAYS something.
Logically that means you have a choice to make. Either A) Once something always something, or B) That people can change. So..which is it? Afraid you can't have your cake and eat it also.
Sorry for hijacking the thread, just trying to point out the flaw of logic here.

You did not have time to read the links between the time I posted them and the time you posted your response so I'm not sure why I am even responding to your post.
Obama has said he believes in redistribution of wealth, the basic tenent of Marxism.
You have said you don't believe Jesus Christ is God so you deny the basic tenent of the Christian faith.
However, I have requested once already not to take the thread too far off topic. If you want more proof of Obama's communist ties make another thread please.

Marxism's other basic tenents are
1. global revolution (and since obama is the most powerful man in the world, I think he would want to keep the status quo)
2. that the workers and the oppressed are the ones leading the charge and the burgoesis (It's been a while since I did this, so I probably would have spelt it wrong) be toppled and invariably killed off. Obama is a rich middle-class intellectual, he would be one of the first up against the firing wall if he truly wanted communism or a marxist state.
at the very best, Obama could be considered as following marxisms charitable spirit, and that is pushing it alot. in fact, he is currently the rights snow on all accounts. he is not a progressive by any stretch of the imagination.
congratulations american right! both parties are now on you're side. have fun keeping up that christian, capitalist erection whilst the rest of the world moves onto greener pastures.

I talk about them to Canadians, but generally Politicians here are boring, less radicalized and according to that thingy Mvass keeps posting on world freedom, less corrupt.
Makes for less interesting of a discussion. Especially when we have people of two sides bickering while I usually tend to snicker at some of the more ridiculous things said by both.
That being said, our Prime Minister generally has far less security than the President... and the second last one even picked a guy up by the neck and slammed him to the ground.
Which may have been uncalled for. But perhaps it's closest to the original story here.

I can't see how it's relevant for the actions claimed by the thread starter that the given person behind said actions is a politician. The laws should be the same, and I'd personally not discuss it more or less no matter what the background of the given person is. I believe what is to be discussed are actions and not the persons behind the actions.

For something to be a defect it must go 'against' the purpose of the product. Who defines the purpose, the producent, the seller (middleman) or the buyer?
Anyway, the function/purpose of the object should be clear or you really open up for interpretation and there, I guess, sueing. Though it can be hard to be sufficient precise in a definition in the first place, like what is the function of a cup?

Though it was mainly about the best lawsuits not so much of the topic itself.
I don't really care if you can sue someone for something like that but why are they winning the cases?
