hum I'm not sure yet if a lethal run is easier than a non-lethal run on deus ex 3. at least, enemies never get up again, but it's harder to one-shoot them.
also I'm not sure if it was a good idea to pick the hurricane machine gun, it looks like a less good version of the assault rifle, and ammunitions seem harder to find

Yeah, can't get anything else where I live.
It's not that bad, just gotta stay of watching too many videos.
Will be moving in a month and hopefully I'll have unlimited bandwidth then.

Erm, nobody replied to my post when I QQ'd about the 26 gigabytes. ( I have shogun on CD yet I had to download the entire damn game through steam, the hell?)
Took me 8hours in total, and I had to severely limit my online use (i think it was 100kb/s when I was lucky, but got low as 10 which made me rage cause the ETA increases aswell) I used to use mobile internet, but it doesn't hold a candle to broadband.
Btw if you fancy playing Shogun 2 you know where to find me, I haven't played it since I got my PC, sooooo many games to play that I couldn't before  .

Hey, instead of bringing my entire computer over to a friend to download the patches, would it be possible to simply bring a harddrive and copy his Shogun 2 steamapp and then put it on my computer back home?

Just bring your harddrive and link it to the system as master. You will bring up your windows on his machine and be stealing his internets with no mix ups.

A bit too much hassle to uninstall my harddrive and reinstalling it in his and everything.
I've read about other people being successful in just copying the steamapp, problem is he also has some of the expansions I think... will it still work?

I'm not saying I'm expecting to get the expansions for free by copying them btw, I just want the patched vanilla game.

Really nice game but bugy.
As for you steam lads having problems with the whole "Downloading game". You have to create the folder of the game and put the whole game in the steammaps\name of the game folder. I am not 100% sure but google it and there are solutions to that.
Then you have to repeatedly validate.
