Playing as venice in Medieval total war has given me an uncontrollable urge to play with war-hammers for insane armour penetration;.

I wish you could wear multiple gear at once. Like if you put stuff on favourites you 'equipt' those objects but not actually 'wield' them. if you get what I mean.

Hammer armour penetration doesn't matter because no enemies in Skyrim have armor skill and all have super low armour rating.
All of the weapon speciality perks are absolutely useless, especially the critical hit ones which at maximum gives you like, 2-3 damage boost on every third strike or something.

Well, on higher the axe bleed perks are dandy if you dual wield them.

Yeah maybe, doubt it's worth the 3 perk investment though. With dual savagery and dual enchantments and stuff it probably becomes kinda redundant.
EDIT:
To elaborate a bit on wearing multiple sheathed weapons at once, it's very much possible in the PC version but requires scripting the weapons that you want to behave as such.
There's a file that has all the vanilla equipment pre-scripted for your enjoyment, but the thing is... it's just so many damn scripts that it makes the game unstable.
What I did with that character was adding the script manually with the CK to just certain equipment. It was tedious but turned out well.

Jesus christ leveling Enchanting is tedious even when cheating.
I console-coded myself like 400 grand soul gems and 400 iron daggers and it still took about about an hour to level to 100. So much tedious clicking.

I'm kind of regretting investing skills in enchanting with my wizard, but I'm too far along in the game to care at this point. Enchanting seems kind of disappointing unless you're playing a character with armor & a weapon.
My character is storm wizard/restoration/block. Lightning bolts + shield. The only items I'm using that I enchanted myself are my gloves & boots. Everything else I'm better off using the artifacts that I have. The ultimate enchanting perk would change that, but that's like... too far away for me to care. I just run around with a lightning cloak, bashing & blocking stuff with my shield and electrocuting everybody.

Enchanting is that skill that you grind and grind and then use one time to get zeh ultimate gear and then you just forget about it. Investing time in that kinda skill is just plain boring... I still want it though since I like personalized equipment.
I'm waiting for someone to make a mod that adds Sigil Stone esque items to Skyrim for people to enchant their items with. Would be pretty nice.
@Darksy: Ah I play with Deadly Dragons and Duel: Combat Realism, I'm getting my ass handed to me by Forest Dragons at the moment. I'm gonna need Enchanting for the elemental resistances later... still remember running into a Storm Dragon that just ate me alive from miles away with its lightning breath.

Set DDconfig to 1
Use the menu to make dragons as badass as you want 'em to be.

I already have.
I don't want to set them so ill be forced to level a skill.
What I do wish is that there was a way to make them literally teleport to dodge attacks

Btw, I was wondering if any of you have seen mods for more passive effect shouts?
I've been searching but haven't found any decent ones so far.

I use Improved Dragon Shouts myself, though it just edits default shouts and doesn't add any new ones I can highly recommend it. I especially like how it makes Fire and Frost Breath viable and makes utility shouts (Ethereal, Whirlwind Sprint) much more useful.
Also Thundering Shouts for making the shout sounds way more epic. Sounds like your voice echoes throughout the mountains.
New shouts would require new voice acting I think... can't have shouts without shouting.
